Hotel Shivtirth Family Rooms

Absolutely spacious rooms. Parking area under the hotel in basement needs renovation. Bathroom fittings must be more cleaner. Over all a good experience as its just 200 mtr from the Jyotirlinga temple.

Location is excellent. It's walking distance from grishneshwar mandir and less than a km from ellora caves. Rooms are amazing and clean, Facilities are perfect, Staff members are polite.

Best service with polite and humble hospitality. The staffs are very familiar and love kids . Travelling with kids must stay as they give preference to the kid's safety and hygiene. Personally I am impressed with their gesture and behaviour towards my son.

Five star for proximity to Verul caves & Shree Ghrishneshwar temple. Rooms are very new so the bed & linen was good & clean. Rooms accommodate 4 people (has 2 queen size beds). Room had adequate plug points. No breakfast/tea coffee provided in the price (it was communicated while booking). Two three restaurants are around within 5-7 min walk, food very spicy but was edible to our family. Very low range for vodafone & airtel once we were inside rooms, though on road, network was available. Being a holiday season they charged a hefty price which I felt was ok initially when I booked room basis photos, but faced below issues on actual stay: 1. Room did not have an exhaust fan in the bathroom, the bathroom smelled foul during my stay. 2. After the previous guest check out, bathroom was not cleared, soiled wet tissue were lying in the bathroom which were not cleaned even after complaint. 3. No dustbin in room or bathroom. 4. A geyser was provided in room but it provided only a very Luke warm water, maybe 2-3 liters after each usage with a gap of 5 minutes (it was not a storage geyser & supposed to be working continuously). Not resolved after 2 complaints. So in the cold morning, bath was not possible for kid. 5. They said, towels will be provided, but were not provided till check out. A person mentioned that towels are in the storage bed of one of the room which was occupied by another guest. Overall I can stay here again atleast till rooms are new (considering proximity to attractions) but don't expect anything more. If staff is trained well, property can continue to get good repeat customers.

Location is excellent. It's walking distance from grishneshwar mandir and less than a km from ellora caves. But the rooms are overpriced. They charged us 4k for 1 night for 2 double beds famiy room. Room space was ok. Beds were clean. But there was no other furniture/service other than the beds, not even a small table to keep things. Room was not clean, However it was cleaned when we asked. Fan was dirty. There was no electricity in the morning as it had rained...no power backup. Geyser could not be used. There is a LOT of scope for improvement. Overall it can be said that it is not a hotel but rather a lodge type. Pros: 1. Proximity to grishneshwar jyotirling, ellora caves and restaurants. 2. Newly built 3. Beds were clean 4. Staff behavior was OK. Cons: 1. Overall service. 2. Overpriced..no meals included. 3. No power backup 4. Room and washroom not cleaned properly and dustbin not emptied before allotting the room. 5. No side table or cupboard 6. No tv/water/cup/glass 7. No kettle/tea,coffee 8. No telephone in the room to connect to reception. 9. No AC 10. No exhaust fan in washroom

Perfect location for Rooms nearby Grishneshwar Mahadev Temple. Rooms are amazing and clean, Facilitys are perfect, Staff members are polite.

Rooms available needs lot of improvement One of the Rooms alloted was Stinky and had Cleanliness issues but was not the case with other room alloted Service was Quick and Responsive Location was Good for multiple sight seeing and religious tourist attractions
