HOTEL KANHAIYA & RESTAURANT

Disaster experience: Horrible rooms . Bedsheets were dirty and when we asked to change it, they denied to change it. We opted for a 2 double bedroom with 4 members stay and only 2 towels given. Blankets were smelly. Bathroom was not clean and we had to force them to clean it before checking. No water bottle, No Kettle, No TV, , No landline phone, No lift. Front desk attendant was worst in behaviour. Big NO for stay.

Hotel is good. When we visited there is water issue so we shifted to another hotel. Overall place is good for budget stay.

Stay at Hotel Kanhaiya was extremely disappointing. rooms are small and they do not have hangars, mirrors or even tables. The rooms were dirty. No towels were no provided to us. No drinking water provided . Booking in this hotel is a waste of money.

It's waste of money..we have to follow up multiple times for every basic thing like towels, soaps etc. Staff service was pathetic. No TV, intercom, cabinets and hangers etc. Name is hotel and restaurant, however there is small restaurant in another building at a Short distance I personally think it's highly priced. One good thing about this property is it's near by Joutirling temple. Please do not expect anything from this property otherwise it'll disappoint you

You have to take a off road patch to reach the Hotel, No room service at reception , and water is very dirty and unhygienic. Rooms are pretty good but restaurant is little away from the Hotel so you have to walk for your food, no room service for it

My stay at Hotel Kanhaiya was extremely disappointing. During stay, I found ants crawling around, which made it uncomfortable to settle in. To make matters worse, there was no blanket provided in the room. When I requested a change from the caretaker, he informed me that he didn't have another blanket available and even offered to give me his personal one. This felt entirely unprofessional and unacceptable. It was clear that guests and staff were treated as equals in a negative sense, lacking basic hospitality. The overall experience was pathetic, and the staff's arrogance only added to the frustration. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Save your time and money and look elsewhere!

The rooms are dirty. But washroom and bathroom is very dirty.Beedsheer was too dirty. The towels were no provided to us. No hot water at morning. No drinking water provided to us.Booking in this hotel is waste of money.

Good location but not recommended for family. Seems high cost for this location. Very close to temple and walkable to Ellora cave. No in-house restaurant you will have walk near by for lunch and dinner. Yes, they have parking place. Stayed for one night on 15-June-2024 Price for family AC room charge 2,500 Cons: 1. Rooms not clean.. 2. No room service not even a water bottle as free of cost.. 3. Most of the time below 18 yrs children sitting on reception to handle guests.. 4. Room inside Walls are cracked (room 102) 5. Toilets are not clean 6. Rooms have bad smell they are not using any kind of room spray,
