Hotel Ellora view

On our recent trip to Aurangabad we went to this hotel to book rooms for two nights. The guy at the reception showed the rooms. We found that the rooms do not have basic amenities like almirah, cloth hangers etc. They do have AC and geysers in toilets. They don't have in-house restaurants, however it is very near the main road and the Ghrushneshwar Temple and the Ellora Caves. The staff's behaviour is very rude. The water speed in the bathroom is very slow. They provide 1 litre of water per room per day, however after several reminders we got the water after nearly 2 hours. The provided cottage was full of insects such as cockroaches and spiders. When arguing for cleaning they threatened to return our money and throw us out of the hotel. However after some discussion they changed our room. The most interesting thing is they do not provide bills to the customers though they claimed that they fill GST. I feel they need to work on their rooms before offering them to the customers. Not recommended as of now.

Hopeless, worst,felt cheated after I reached the property today evening aftrr booking it on AGODA. Though the owner was courteous in telling me that I can cancel it if the property does not suit me. I am taking it up with Agoda for misguiding me about the property where shacks are being offered in the name of cottages in an uneven field by the side of a muddy road with puddles. I will blame Agoda for displaying a worthless property on its site and giving me the trauma and troublelook for another place to stay.

One of the worst hotel I had ever booked. No security No compund, Wooden huts have gaps in between where staff comes and peep in to check what's going on inside. No Wi-Fi, No drinking water, Got bell ringed at 3am in the night with 5 persons searching for someone hence security is important for such places. Pls think multiple times while booking such hotels

The room space is not used. There is no wifi on TV even if we asked them. Average hotel 6/10

Ellora Caves and Ghrishneshwar Temple can be walked from Hotel Ellora View..
