Extremely Disappointing and Unsafe - Not Recommended for Families or School Trips We visited this resort as part of a school trip with students and had a truly awful experience. The staff were extremely rude and unhelpful throughout our visit. The condition of the slides was shockingly poor -- two of our friends got hurt due to broken slides, which is completely unacceptable for a place that claims to cater to families and children. When we pointed out that one of the slides was dirty and dangerous, the staff showed no interest or concern. One of my friends even slipped off a float, and when we asked the staff for help, they rudely replied, "We don't know, figure it out yourself or go to another slide." This kind of response is not just unprofessional, it's unsafe. The resort lacks basic safety measures and has zero customer service. It is absolutely not worth visiting, especially if you're planning to go with children or in a group. We expected a fun and safe experience for our students and left extremely disappointed and concerned.

Ugh, Manthan Resort in Virar was a total disaster! Found people boozing it up everywhere, even with kids around. Staff were super rude and couldn't care less. The whole place felt like a crowded bar, not a resort. The washrooms? Seriously gag-worthy, stank so bad it ruined the pool too! Slides were dirty and dangerous - some of our group got hurt. Food was awful, think the cheapest rice imaginable. And the shops inside rip you off big time. Seriously, families and schools, DO NOT go here. The vibe is just plain bad. Save yourself the headache and book somewhere else!

One of the Worst Resort Experiences I strongly advise avoiding Manthan Resort in Virar. The place is extremely unhygienic -- especially the water areas, which are poorly maintained. There were no instructors or staff available to guide or monitor the rides, putting visitors at serious risk. The food served was of average to low quality and did not meet basic expectations. Overall, a very disappointing and unsafe experience. Not recommended.

Even by mistake, I will never go to Manthan Resort again. The quality of the food is so bad that we could not even eat the food. The way of talking to the staff is so bad that they were abusing and saying that if you don't like it then go home as if the public has come for free and without inviting, the water is very dirty, the water stinks. There is dirt in the room, the room was not even clean, the water facility in the room is not up to par, there is water in the toilet but it is not clean. The biggest thing is to think a thousand times before going with your family, you will also find unscrupulous people roaming around you, ladies are also being teased, yesterday was a bad experience, while booking online they say one thing and after reaching there they charge more

We recently visited Manthan Resort and were disappointed with our experience. We felt that the resort was not a safe environment for girls due to the presence of many people consuming alcohol in a common area. Despite being provided a separate space, these individuals were still able to cause discomfort while females were bathing. Unfortunately, we were not satisfied with the resort's safety standards

It is the resort for hard drinkers,kinnars and all staff is trained to give them best hospitality and staff is like Goons not professional don't have respect to speak with customers and especially students. Mathan Resort have set very bad example to our school students and teachers. They will never recommend anybody for this Resort.

My experience was very bad in manthan resort. Because of the service and the hygiene. The water was very dirty , due to it my eyes are burning like hell. I had very bad experience at manthan resort. If you are looking for manthan resort then just think about it. Thank you

Not all rides are on. Wave pool is okay. The resort is very conjusted. The meal is not good. Don't allow for drinks. Don't go with your family in the resort
