Good place for family. Food was good. Unlimited veg and non veg both options were there. Free pick up and drop service as well. 2 pools and one kids pool and one waterfall with limited rides. Had a good time with my fam

Very bad experience. The resort is extremely dirty and there is no proper cleaning. Breakfast is of very low quality and very bad. Nobody liked it. Both lunch and breakfast were totally disappointing. The staff is rude, unprofessional, and not helpful at all. The room was also very dirty. Only a water bottle was provided. The washroom was extremely dirty. It was a very bad experience. Please do not visit this resort, especially if you are with your family. Totally money losss please please don't go this resoprt

Cleaning and removing algae is a necessary step to be taken for all slides, even slides r broken. Many people got cuts on their backs, hands, legs, etc. We went for my kids' birthday celebration, but by the end of the day, even her palm had a long cut. In the first-aid box, they had Betadine; later, after asking for a bandage, they gave one. Food was good both options available brakefaste 2 options, lunch (veg, non-veg), evening only tea Both times tea was with to to much sugar no taste. Pickup drop services provided was good only waiting was litter long due to bus should be half filled.

Extremely unpleasant experience. The room was in a pathetic state -- dirty, poorly maintained, and far from what was promised. The staff was not only unprofessional but also rude, especially in their behavior towards female guests, which was deeply concerning. Such conduct is unacceptable, and I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a safe and respectful environment.

The first thing is that no one pays attention to explanation, there is no point in taking such a room, it does not work properly and there was no cooling at all, and the way of talking is so useless that they make the person in front of them feel bad, when we make the booking then their way of talking is rough and elders behave in such a manner as if we have put a lot of pressure on them, they do not even know how to talk to ladies, these people have a very useless resort and the most important thing is the service is very useless, when a big group goes then they give discount on the room, these people say directly, if you want to take it then take it otherwise don't take it, it was a very useless experience... #falturesort

Safety 0 Star ( many unsafe area available in Resort) highly dangerous.. Resort 3 star Majority staff manners is worst.. Few are very frdly and good.. Never seen a worst locker system made by concrete cement.. Most of the area is very untidy.. They have to go for classes and learn keeping resort clean..

It was a very good experience to be in that water park. It is one of the best resorts in this price category. The slides are awesome . The food is also good. And the view and the beach nearby makes it a perfect fit to visit there.
