I had a wonderful stay at West Palm Beach Resort and can't recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, everything felt welcoming and comfortable. The resort was spotlessly clean, and the entire atmosphere was warm and family-friendly. The hosts, the Pereiras, were absolutely lovely--so kind and attentive. They truly go out of their way to make guests feel safe and cared for, especially women and children, which made our time there feel even more secure and relaxing. The food was delicious--from the hearty breakfasts to the wholesome lunches and dinners, every meal was flavorful and satisfying. The resort also has ample space, perfect for capturing beautiful pictures and making memories. This place is a gem for families looking to spend quality time together in a peaceful, friendly setting. We're already looking forward to our next visit!

If anyone knows what's six sigma, then West Palam Beach Resort is an example how this resort listen the Voice of Customer and work up to improve their service level. This is budget friendly resort and it's my second time for the stay. I have to Specifically mention their service have improved. Visited on April 6th 2025. The staff who guided me to the room gave an excellent service. He is the person who is incharge of the soft / hard drink counter. Gave a good recommendation of the starter that is awesome and aromatic one which made our evening with friends. Cant remember his name but just look for the person in charge of soft/hard drink counter. Enjoyed the stay and Recommend to visit West Palm with your family. A true example how voice of the customer has been heard and carefully upped the service level. Though budget friendly, my vist at this day made an enjoyable one. Thank you, Blaze.

I stayed at this resort and was impressed by how well-maintained and clean it is. The recent redevelopment, including new photo booths, adds a fun touch to the experience. The staff is incredibly friendly and always ready to assist with any needs. The food quality is excellent, offering a delightful variety. While the rooms are comfortable with AC, there's room for improvement in terms of amenities.

I had a wonderful time at West Palm Beach Resort, Vasai! The place is clean, peaceful, and located close to Rangaon Beach, surrounded by lush green farms. The rooms were big and comfortable and the staff was very polite and helpful. The food was tasty with lots of options to choose from. Whether you want to relax or have fun, this resort is a perfect place to visit. I will definitely come back!

It's a good resort with clean rooms and bedsheets. Great variety of a la carte starters--fish menu is a must-try at this place. The package is reasonably priced given the breezy seaside location. Big thanks to the honest housekeeping staff who returned my headphones which I forgot in my room during check out. The place gives Goa vibes with plenty of coconut trees, and we were lucky to enjoy fresh toddy fruits straight from the tree. Highly recommended!

This report is one of the oldest resorts in Vasai and is situated in a nice quiet area which provides abundance of fresh air, great open space with alright room. We had a group of 70 people and the food was tasty, the place was clean and management was hospitable. The pools does the job for someone who is looking to chill, nothing fancy. Sad part was a single non operative slide.

We had our office retreat at West Palm Beach Resort, and it was a great experience! The meeting space was well set up and the service was excellent. After work, we went for a match of cricket on the beach, enjoyed great food and had fun activities. A perfect mix of work and relaxation! If you need a place for business events or team outings, this is a great choice.
