We had visited for Breakfast with our friends and forgot my baby's silver spoon. But With the help of Mr. Deepak we were able to get it back. He kept it safely until we arranged for its courier. Awesome hospitality with great value of entire staff. Thank you very much Mr. Deepak for great coordination

Nice place but to reach from Mumbai it was not a comfortable journey. Mainly on the way back. Better to use the train than a car due to road work

I have been a long time customer with golden charriot since the had a restaurant in hub mall goregaon. It was a one day get away for me and my mom in gc vasai. I was never told that the complete hotel is non smoking. They should make this verry clear everywhere. The room (higher category) was good. The vibe was perfect. Just that the washroom was verry congested. Bathtub felt unnecessary as the bathroom area is verry small. The room has a mini fridge, powerful ac, tv, work desk, sofa and storage which is great. Food quality and quantity was not great and what made me really upset was the price. Imagine, I ordered dal khichdi and asked them to give me two papads which are usually complementary with khichidis. The charged me 99 rupees for one papad. This has really gotten me to write such a big review. Also there is a power cut every now and then for a minute or so. The experience can be made better for customers. Otherwise a decent place.

An Oasis of peace in the middle of the chaos. Great hotel and great staff. Had a work related trip with all my colleagues. The biggest pro of this hotel is the amount of space they offer. Starting from the parking to lobby, restaurant and individual rooms. Everything was so spacious and aesthetically decorated as a chariot. The staff was really humble. Special Mentions for Mr. Tutu Sahoo AGM for taking personal efforts to make the stay as comfortable as possible, Mr. Deepak at Reception , Mr Kanchan Restaurant Manager , And all the housekeeping staff who made our stay just like we are at home. Food at the restaurant was amazing and exceeded our expectations. Hats off to the restaurant manager Mr Kanchan who tried to cater for us in best possible ways as we had a big group and all had random timings for their meals. Cleanliness was at par. Security personnel were always present and proactive making it a very safe and secured environment. Location being bang on the highway, it was a peace of cake to reach the hotel and Cherry on the top was its beautiful Architecture made it stand out even from a distance. To Sum up my review, I would like to recommend the hotel for both professional and Personal stays. Be it a family or friends trip or a purely business thing. Golden Chariot Vasai Hotel is your go to place in the Vasai Virar Vicinity .

Once upon a time, it was a very good hotel but now it has lost its charm. During check in, the front desk Ex.told me, there is no wifi, no range to any mob.network. I was still ok with this but the TV also had no service...no news, no entertainment. If you want to get cut off from the world(Nirvana), just check in

We noticed unpleasant odors in the Hotel rooms . The furniture is not well maintained. Additionally, the room tariffs are fixed, and there are no corporate discounts available on room rates or food bills, even for long-term stays. The internet network in this area is very poor.

Had been there for lunch. The food was good and staff was friendly.
