Restaurant service is now very bad i called two times for provide menu card but they didn't provide than i ordered lunch to outside.

Blankets are not wash in the room and the staff talks worst with customer in short they have earn many money and don't needs money to earn

3rd class service please request to everyone don't book this hotel 3rd class service hotel staff don't know how to talk to guest very rude staff poor service hotel staff don't have any idea what is the hotel work rules nothing they cancel my booking without information. And staying we have only delx room pay more 500 rs it's not a hotel I think it's a dharamsala

It's a ok place, mainly you'll find a lot of couples there. The rooms are average sized. The AC and the fans are a problem, they don't function well enough. The service is good. But unlike the name suggests most of the rooms don't have a hill view.

We visited the restaurant for lunch and we ordered veg chopper Rice and they served with Manchurian which was made yesterday morning confirmed by Sanoj who was serving our table and manager Sujeet. Mr sujeet was proud to say that "Roz roz kon banyega Manchurian" Very rode behaviour by Mr Sujeet.

Rooms not in the same condition as photos. Pan gutka spit on room walls. Service is slow and often times confused between their own rooms. Food is okay. It was an okay stay.

Had a yummy delicious food here at good price, but the number of staff is very less and for need to wait for long to get your dishes served. But the wait worth once you taste the food.
