Canal Touch Resort

I visited with my friends on one fine weekend. It is decent place. Offline package they offer on weekends is reasonable. Everything is just above average, not great but at this price, service and rooms are fair. Food 4/5 Rooms 4/5 Service 4/5 Overall 3/5

I visited with my wife and another married couple where we all enjoyed a lot nd have experienced a canal view from the door of my room, also food and swimming experience were good. I recommend all to visit here once.

Very peaceful environment and customized tasty food. Before you post any negative comments just think how much you have paid, so it's worth for the money. It's not Hyatt but rate is also not of Hyatt. The Pankaj guy was too good, very humble, helpful and always ready to serve.

Good place for visiting with family and friends. For kids there is a garden and for adults there are indoor games. Big pool attached baby pool.

"Stay Away - Total Disaster!" This was honestly the worst resort experience I've ever had. Here's what we dealt with: 1. Dirty Rooms: The rooms were shockingly filthy. Dust, dirt, and stains everywhere--it was clear they hadn't been cleaned properly, if at all. Every time we pointed out the filth we were given lame excuses on why it's there. 2. Non-Functional Facilities: We booked a total of 8 rooms. Almost all rooms had issues. Some had lights that didn't work, some had AC that didn't work. TV didn't work in almost all rooms at time of check in. WiFi barely works 3. Horrible Smell: The rooms had a horrible, lingering odor that made it uncomfortable to even be inside. It smelled damp and musty, which only added to the unpleasantness. 4. Delayed Check-In: After a long journey, we were forced to wait hours past check-in time with no apology. The staff just seemed completely unbothered. 5. Rude and Unhelpful Management: The management was beyond unfriendly. Rather than addressing our concerns, they simply made excuses, showing zero interest in actually helping us. Overall, this resort is terrible. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

We had a great time thanks to the management on arranging the birthday party and the songs session. We also had a good time in the pool as well as the indoor games area. We had a great time altogether thanks to canal touch resort. Will recommend to my friends as well as family fir this spot throughout

Great place to chill with your family friends. Group/family/ friends it's a great place to spend sometime. Few things , it's nearby a small canal so rainy season is good time. It's close to nature so expect snakes and garden lizard encounters. You have a bonfire area..keep mosquito repellent handy if you are out.ample parking face .pools are clean..private rooms cottages are super cool.
