Mountain N Lake Resort & Restaurant

The location is very cool, incredibly beautiful, you can enjoy the backwater of the dam on the side. Since the property is new, it needs some development, but the garden, pool, rooms are very nice, the whole nature was beautiful. The quality of the food is amazing, but the service of the staff seemed a little lacking... Overall, the best destination for friends groups, family groups, if only pick up and drop facilities were provided, it would be great

We went there to celebrate our Enfield club anniversary. Serene location by the river side. Time spent in complete solitude. Rooms were clean but sliding doors could not be locked and can cause safety issues, they need to fix that. And food was good. Lots of open space.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Mountain-N-Lake resort and it was an unforgettable experience! The location is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views of both the mountains and a serene lake that provided the perfect backdrop for relaxation. The resort itself is beautifully designed, blending modern comforts with rustic charm. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-appointed. As for the food, I was genuinely impressed. Whether it was a hearty breakfast to start the day, each meal exceeded my expectations. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to offer recommendations or cater to special dietary needs. I've seen some negative reviews regarding the resort, and while I understand that everyone has different experiences, I believe some critiques were a bit harsh. The staff, in my opinion, went out of their way to ensure that guests were comfortable, and the natural beauty of the place is undeniably impressive. While no resort is perfect, the minor inconveniences are outside the resort's control. It's also worth noting that the food, which some seemed disappointed with, was excellent during my stay. It's possible that individual tastes or expectations might differ, but I found everything to be more than satisfactory. Overall, Mountain-N-Lake offers an ideal combination of natural beauty, comfort, and fantastic food. Whether you're seeking adventure or relaxation, this resort has something for everyone. It's a value for money accommodation. Staff is diligent & courteous. Rooms are well appointed. Water faucets etc. need urgent maintenance. Bathroom floor is wrongly made. It gets slippery. Management should get a continuous grab bar along two walks - in front of the WC and below external window. Also a large coarse mat should be placed in bath area. The stool provide for bathing is too low. The bathroom is unsafe for senior citizen and infirm people.

Rooms are decent, though there is scope of improvement is bed linens and blankets, the quality of mattresses etc. there was no hot water. Location is simply out of this world and as the name suggests represents mountains and lakes in true sense. Good host, but the food sucks. Need major improvement in spread, quality and price. The swimming pool needs to be kept better as there was bugs and a lot of stray dogs in premises. A lot of areas are unkept and under development. Indoor amenities not there.

Not at all value for money they take. First thing they take entire amount in advance. I paid 4703 which is already very high for of season in Mar. What went wrong? 1.) Approaching road to the resort is pathetic. Actually practically there is no road connecting resort only stones thrown on the way. 2.) Noboby at reception, then after shouting somebody comes to receive you. 3.) Room not clean, spiderwebs on lamps, dustbin not washed for many months 4.) Ac not working properly even for it's temperature set to 16. 5.) TV not working some technical issue 6.) WiFi not available some technical issue. 7.) Room sliding not getting locked, safety issue Lake is there but already half of it is dried. Also there is not proper approaching path from the resort to the lake. Food was OK edible. If there are so many things not working then why are they changing so much. We had to checkout in few hours after there was safety issue. Sincerely I am writing this review so that nobody else should be looted by this resort. Please don't not go to this resort, despite so many drawbacks and of season they charge high and don't provide refund. Safety is most important everything else could be compromised. Zero star

The location was great with a scenic view. The food was great. The service was not very well. We had to keep saying things repeatedly still they were not done even when we check out. The property has wifi but they kept saying that wifi is not working, in few hours it will start. We stayed there for 2 days still the wifi was not working. They started giving reasons for the wifi problem. The electricity is pathetic it goes off 12-15 times in day time n 5-6 times at night. Not recommended for summers specially. Expect the food n location nothing is worthy of the amount they charge. The property has spacious lawns but no seating areas nor do they have kids area. No weekend activities. The swimming pool was also not so clean. The rooms sliding were not locked, they were broken. The safety was a major concern there. The reception was empty we had to wait for the person to come and attend us. We did not have access to lake from the resort we had to go out of the property with no proper route.
