Sapphire Resort

We recently visited Sapphire Resort, Nagaon, and had a wonderful experience. The place was beautiful, and the food was equally amazing. The owner was extremely cooperative and humble, which made our stay even more comfortable. Plus, the rates were very pocket-friendly. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing getaway!

This farmhouse provides a serene escape from the city, ideal for a relaxing weekend getaway. The property is well-maintained and offers a variety of amenities, including a delicious food and dining experience. The staff is also known for being helpful and accommodating.

I had a fantastic experience during my stay. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and attentive to every detail. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. I especially appreciated the food, it was awesome just like a home made food. Modak and Kheer were outstanding... Nagaon beach is just 10 minutes away from the resort. We all enjoyed swimming a lot. Overall it was a very good experience.

We recently stayed at this resort for 4 days and 3 nights as a family (2 couples and a 2 child's) in Two rooms. Overall, it was a peaceful and homely experience, but there are a few areas where some improvements can definitely enhance the guest experience. Pros: 1. The property is compact but well-planned and nicely maintained. 2. The swimming pool and activity space are a welcome feature for guests to unwind. 3. The food quality is really good--freshly made and tastes like home-cooked meals. 4. The owner was kind and supportive, especially when it came to our child's needs. We were provided milk for our baby girl every day, which we truly appreciated. 5. When we raised an issue with the AC not working on the first day, the owner personally took care of it and got the AC cleaned and running properly. 6. Pricing is fair for the overall package, especially the food. Cons / Suggestions for Improvement: 1. Service is quite slow as the owner is handling most things alone without dedicated staff--this results in delays and basic requests taking longer than expected. 2. At check-in, essentials like towels, soap, and extra blankets were missing and only given after we asked for them. 3. Daily room service was not done unless requested. Ideally, things like towels, bed sheets, and toiletries should be refreshed daily for multi-day stays. 4. We felt that guests booking through platforms like MakeMyTrip were given slightly more prompt or different treatment in terms of attention and services. 5. The food quantity was on the lower side, especially for the price, even though the taste was excellent. 6. For breakfast, they asked us to place our orders the night before to prepare in advance. While we understand it helps their process, it would be better to offer more flexibility or at least inform guests about this clearly in advance. Overall: A good place for a quiet stay with home-style food and a helpful owner, especially for families. With some staffing support and better attention to guest readiness and service consistency, this resort can offer a truly great experience.

One of the best Resort in Nagaon.....Food quality is Best...Staff is very Cooperative Nd Friendly. Swimming pool and rooms are very clean and hygiene. Best place for family friends and Couple also.
