The staff is very lazy Food quality this time is very bad.

Rooms are big and spacy r but reception manager is worst person ,every time when 12 hrs pass he asks for room charges ,extra bed charge means sofa already in room unfolded and charged ,staff at its worst , they dont care abt hygiene,you can bring anyone and stay for night this is that kind of place ,after 10 pm drunk people everywhere,not safe to stay for family people ,i had worst kind of experience.

Absolutely pathetic services. Even after waiting and requesting for menu card for over 15 min, no one bothered to respond. Had to ultimately walk out. None of hotel staff had the courtesy to ask the customer walking out as to what the problem was. It was like - we went, sat on the sofa and then came out. Please choose some other restaurant abd save yourself some time.

Best Ever Tastiest Non Veg Restaurant I had seen Ever. Must Eat.. Chicken Sathe, Prawns Koliwada, Beby Surmai Fry, Chicken Tandoor. Systematic more than 5 Partitions for Family, Friends, Professional.. Etc as where you comfortable.

Everything was awesome and the Staff and manager all are good for th Service. The most Memorable I like the Sunday Evening Singing Event. If you are planning to visit Pune you can Stay here and plan more than a week so u can explore so many places nearby the pune. This hotel is located at highway site so easily accessible to pune as well as lonawala. Foods services are Good Room Service is Good Stay with safety and security are well maintained by the staffs.

Good place according to the price and if you have to stay for a night. Pros- 24hrs open, nearby to high way, you can catch bus in a walkable distance, food is nice, location is good, staffs are good. Cons- bathroom wasn't that clean, we didn't receive any blanket, no hand wash or soap at bathroom, and mainly they didn't receive my calls at late night. But overall experience was good.

Rooms are stinking. It was very difficult to pass night.. some rooms have hot water some don't .. very expensive.. food and rooms both. Staff was very good to give me extra blanket with no smell.
