Bloom Hotel - Lonavala Khandala

Very friendly and well trained staff. The hotel was very clean and very efficiently designed. The duplex room had a cute spiral staircase which the kids enjoyed. The dining room was very clean and beautifully decorated. Breakfast had a good spread of items. Food was good.

Very clean rooms, bright and modern setting, well trained and courteous staff - actually they try to help to the fullest extent it is in their power. Besides calling front desk, guests can also chat with a centralised helpdesk. It's not a large premises, one building, a drive in, some parking and a swimming pool. But still it looks pretty, can chill around the pool with nice greenery. The room we got has an awesome view (no balcony) of the Khandala Ghats through a large window - Amazing (refer pic uploaded). Food is tasty, good quality. Breakfast is also having adequate variety. Special mention for outstanding services : Zakir (at front desk) and Nilesh (F&B)

Amazing place, location, views, and staff. The food options were good too. It is not accessible for senior citizens or specially abled people though since there is no direct entry through lift for any of the floors. The entry is steep too. The room which we got had the dustbin right in front of it so there was a smell. But it didn't bother us in the rooms so there's that.

I have stayed here for three nights during weekends and my stay was really peaceful and comfortable. Rooms are clean and cozy. Hotel property is very well maintained and location is just superb. We were here for a rest on weekend and it was really a good experience for us at this hotel. Keep continue...!

Had a wonderful stay at Bloom! The vibrant yellow theme adds a cheerful touch, making the experience even more enjoyable. The place is spacious, featuring luxurious rooms and a range of amenities, including a swimming pool, a play area with pool, table tennis, foosball, and a library. The breakfast buffet is available for 299 + taxes--a great deal! If booking online, check for offers that include breakfast. A la carte options are available for lunch and dinner. The staff is polite and helpful, with Aryan at the reception being especially accommodating.

Great experience in bloom hotel khandala.... Chicken biryani was very tasty i will recommend to here chicken biryani.. also breakfast is good and Staff is very good helpful.. I really enjoyed here.. Room is very neet and clean I'm coming again

The location is offbeat. Rooms are very clean and well maintained but service is not up to the mark as staff is not having proper information about the hotel. Also their menu is limited having 4-5 options for snacking out of which 2-3 are not available. Buffet breakfast was very nice with a variety of options. Overall it is a very small place and rooms were top notch but location and food options are very limited.

Amazing experience. The quality of all the services was top notch, including cleanliness and hygiene. The rooms are vibrant yellow and uplift the mood, adding much needed charm to the vacation mood.
