I've had a great experience as a member of this swimming club. The overall quality of the pool is excellent - it's well-maintained, clean, and offers a comfortable environment for swimmers of all levels. I wish there was a minus rating... horrible horrible service the managers here the lady in hospitality very very arrogant. One thing I'm sure the staff here has had no training in hospitality or how to treat customers.. they think they are superior to the clients and they are doing a favour on us.

Worst management ever I have seen. I paid 12k for 1 year swimming and now I am stuck. There is no trainer available and they can tell u any time that it is closed today. Plz return my money.

Hi, I took the best decision of having my wedding here and I was right. All the organisation, decoration and food was amazing plus it is budget friendly. All my friends from India and abroad loved the arrangements. I would definitely recommend this location for wedding, birthday party and any celebrations.

Terrible experience! The swimming pool has got molds in the inside walls now, worst experience ! It was nicely maintained untill few years back when I was a regular there. The staff agreed there has not been any cleaning there since a week and were warning beforehand. But it seemed like cleaning has not been in a month, the wall were blackened by fungus. More visitors came in to complain afterwards, still they did not shut the pool.

Very good place. Ambienece is very good. We went there for dinner. Rates are reasonable and service is good. You can enjoy a pool side dinner, I think the only place in ulhasanagar to offer this. They have a dedicated pub area also with a small area for dance also. Thr place was empty barring few regular drinkers, this makes me think that not many people know about this place otherwise the kind of place it is it this would have been having more customers.

Very bad worst no swimming training properly just know to eat money and the staff is very bad especially simran and Shubhangi Swimming doesn't maintain properly..ask u 2 pay full but in that they don't give u full amt bill they don't give u proper training. In week 2-3 tyms trainer is not well so pls i would reques don't go

The place has good vibes. There is a swimming pool inside as well. I didn't like the food that much. It was average. Non alcoholic beverages are good.
