Hotel Sapphire Inn (Hotel Central Park)

I called and asked if room is available for 24hrs and the person on call didn't deny that. At the time of check in, he asked when we'll check out and I said 24hrs, still he didn't say anything. We checked in at 6:30pm and next day, they called and said check out time 12pm. At least he could have mentioned the they'll charge for 2 days. Old management people are little bit understanding but these new ones sucks. Won't recommend to anyone

The room is small. The wifi doesn't work .Strength of wifi is weak.Staff do says that network and signal is our issue. We did asked to change bedsheets yet they didn't. Location is not family friendly.

Good in price range only for stay. Neat and clean rooms and bathroom. There is separate table with 2chairs We took double bed occupancy. It is located on Kalyan-badlapur road, which is accessible easily. For food you need look outside.

Good hotel at decent price around 2k-4k per night as per season. Rooms were cleaned and well maintained. Hardly 1.2km from Baga Beach. 5min bike ride/ 15min walk. You will get all facilities nearby like restaurant, medical, market, pubs, clubs, spa centre. Really nice place for family to stay in.

Had a great experience with the stay here. Cleanness, higynic is much better compared to other hotels, staff support is good. No power cut issues and the main thing is that water facility is available for 24hrs.

It was a great experience staying in this luxurious hotel. The service is outstanding. The staff were very courteous and helpful. Dine In food was awesome. Must say you can try this budget friendly hotel, for your family and business trips.
