Hotel Falcon

Visited here last Saturday night with family, the place had a great vibe and we really loved the food. The restaurant was lively but not too loud, so we could still enjoy our conversation. We found what we were looking for to spend the evening at and will definitely be back again!

Not too loud, not too crowded--just the right balance. Perfect place if you want to enjoy a peaceful meal with friends or family. Loved the experience!

The Falcon Hotel in Ulhasnagar is a place I would strongly advise avoiding. My recent visit with my family turned into a nightmare of poor service, unappetizing food, and an overall unpleasant experience. Upon arrival, we were seated in a private cabin, which was advertised as air-conditioned. However, the AC was non-functional, making the already cramped space unbearably hot. The seating was so congested that it was difficult to move around, and the overall atmosphere felt claustrophobic. The food was the biggest disappointment. The dishes we ordered were poorly prepared, lacking any semblance of flavor. The quality of the ingredients was questionable, and the presentation was unappealing. To make matters worse, the wait staff seemed more interested in arguing with customers than addressing their concerns. When we tried to bring up the issues with the food, the waiter and captain were dismissive and condescending. Instead of trying to resolve the situation, they seemed more interested in justifying their mistakes. The management was equally unhelpful. When we expressed our dissatisfaction with the food, the manager insisted that we had to eat it or leave. There was no attempt to offer a solution or even apologize for the poor quality of the food. It felt like we were being forced to consume something we didn't want. The entire experience was incredibly frustrating and left us feeling cheated and disappointed. The Falcon Hotel clearly prioritizes profit over customer satisfaction, and their lack of concern for hygiene and service is unacceptable. If you're looking for a decent dining experience in Ulhasnagar, I would strongly recommend avoiding the Falcon Hotel. There are many other restaurants in the area that offer better food, service, and value for money.

Good food at reasonable prices! Portion sizes were generous, and the quality was excellent. We ordered a few dishes to share, and everything was spot on. Definitely worth it!

We were surprised by how quickly the food arrived! Even though the place was a bit busy, we didn't have to wait long. Perfect if you're hungry and don't want to wait forever

Rooms are unhygienic and there were cockroaches, the staff there is rude and not helpfull, too expensive. They are unprofessional. Bad experience.

Food is not good The food wasn't good at all and the chicken lollipop French fries there was too much deep fry of it and the rates were too high and cat, mouse, lizard all are roaming around in 1st floor Ac restaurant Not good management It was A Very bad experience. My suggestion don't go in this unhigenic restaurants

Good food at a reasonable price. Portion sizes are generous, and everything was well-cooked. Definitely worth the money!
