Worst service, hopeless experience dining here, even after saying 4 times they don't even serve mouth freshner at the end Slow service Nobody is bothered Even after getting worst food they are not even ready to cancel the order. Big disappointment Whatever is written in menu They over charge on that If u dont check u will end up paying more

Wrost experience because service is not good and not given drinking water bottle so I don't suggest to any One.

Service is not good and didn't provide any amenities and Rooms conditions very bad water bottle chargeable and Washroom conditions it's like a public washroom staff behaviour very bad and roudly attitude receptionist behaviour very roudly and attitude all money worst so pls don't book this hotel

Don't stay at this Hotel. Managers are very rude. Their behavior is unacceptable. They Don't even listen to the owner of Hotel. When the owner gave instructions to Manager to provide room to us, the manager provided room without lights, broken furniture, bathrrom without door lock, geyser not working, dirty floor, mkdd'ii ke jaale , etc. Wasted our 1 hour in changing room. Felt like they were taking revenge.

I have done my reservation for 4 night by online and hotel rooms are totally differentin in real and online photos are totally different . When I entered the room till 3 hours water was not coming and they don't have swipe machine .||||Hotel staff have too much attitude . They don't know guest is god . No-one wishing according to time. They don't have eye contact with guest... And I find that they also don't know how to talk with smile .||...in this hotel only food was awesome. ||I really love jerra rice, veg Manchurian, chicken Manchurian but hotel hurt me when I asked for coffee in night time around 9 pm. They told we don't have milk. I can't expect like this reply from oyo.... ||Till 8 am morning hotel shutter always closed. ||And my check in was not smooth ....||So totally I'm not happy with this hotel.. ||Just need to train to staff about cleaning ,service and how to talk with guest. ||So I will give only average rate.

The service was not good at all, the behavior of the waiters was also cold and the prices of the things written on the menu were different, on different menus. And the main reason to visit this hotel is for the chicken crispy they serve! both the quantity and quality is top notch.
