I had a deeply disappointing experience at SONJI BHAVN. From the moment I arrived, the service and management were unprofessional and rude. There was no electricity throughout my stay, and despite multiple complaints, the staff showed a complete lack of concern for guest comfort. The behavior of the management was unacceptable, they were dismissive and disrespectful when I raised my issues. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay. Save your money and avoid this place!
