staff is okay okay, rooms not that great for price Don't stay at ground floor Cz at night too many people talk at reception and make your night horrible. Yes it is close to temple and room are okay okay, if coming on holiday make sure you getting right price, I found it expensive for the provided services. Pillows and bedsheet were not clean.

I recently visited this place. Very good rooms and near to temple and everything too good

Humble staff. What I loved the most is their mattress, you don't feel like burning on them. Rooms are slightly smaller but that's okay, it can still fit extra mattress. Everything was good except my room I guess 204's bathroom door which once locked, wouldn't open because it was like broken and I didn't understand how to get hot water which they said we have to let the water flow for about half a bucket then hot water comes, I didnt try it because I was in hurry. Its near temple.

Never stay in room 205. Room is quiet okayish...but most horrible is it's washroom. Reasons- 1. Very tiny 2. AC water outlet is right in the bathroom right at the top of washbasin where one lwould stand and brush their teeth or washing face. You would need to stop AC for an hour prior if you wish to use washbasin. 3. There's no pipe outlet for the washbasin as well. If you would brush your teeth and spit in the basin you would see your feet getting wet in that spit at the bottom. 4. Flush was horrible, one would have to use buckets to flush 5. No night lights 6. Our room needed dusting 7. Floor wasn't clean What we liked was- 1. The dental kit, one very supportive uncle in the staff, the jet and the AC and it remote. Paying 2000 for such a stay is 100% waste of money. Please don't fall pray to fake promises. Even if they offer you a free room never go for it if you want have happy state of mind.

The lodge has a fresh look if you compare it to the other available lodgings.Nice and clean rooms . Bathrooms are medium size. One thing you should ensure is to get a picture of the exact room you are getting. Actually the manager might offer a 2 bed room for three people. This can be okay for town standards but not okay for city standards.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at Chatrapati Executive Lodge, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. I encountered several issues during my stay that greatly impacted my overall impression of the establishment. Firstly, I must address the matter of pricing. I believe there was a misunderstanding regarding my request for a lower price. My intention was to express my dissatisfaction with the overall experience and discomfort I faced, particularly due to the repetitive electricity disruptions. These power outages caused restlessness among all of my guests, and I felt it was only fair to request a reduced rate given the circumstances. However, I apologize if my communication was misconstrued as an attempt to bribe. Another significant concern was the lack of attention given to the cleanliness of my rooms. Despite repeatedly instructing the cleaning staff to clean my rooms, all three of them remained uncleaned throughout the entirety of my two-day stay. To make matters worse, towels were not provided, and when I inquired about this, I was informed that the laundry person was unavailable, leaving me to manage on my own. This lack of basic housekeeping services significantly affected my comfort and satisfaction. Furthermore, I found the behavior of the lodge staff to be highly inappropriate when I voiced my complaints and requirements. Instead of addressing my concerns in a professional manner, they were dismissive and displayed a disrespectful attitude. For instance, when I raised the issue of electricity restoration, I was told that it was not within their control and that I should manage the situation myself. Additionally, it was concerning to discover that the lodge did not have a power backup system in place to mitigate the inconvenience caused by electricity disruptions. Based on my experience, I regret to say that I cannot recommend Chatrapati Executive Lodge to anyone. The numerous issues I encountered, including the lack of cleanliness, the unhelpful staff, and the absence of adequate provisions for power outages, make it clear that this establishment falls far short of deserving more than a one-star rating. I hope that the management of Chatrapati Executive Lodge takes these concerns seriously and takes appropriate measures to address these issues, ensuring a more satisfactory experience for future guests.

The best hotel, dining that I ever tried. I really loved the management and staff. This is the best hotel for staying near the temple . Rroms are very clean and good. And one more thing the name of hotel is (rubabdar).
