Though we couldn't stay at this hotel and had to cancel last minute, I still wanted to leave a review based on the very positive interaction I had with the staff. I booked through booking.com and received a call promptly sharing details about the location from the hotel. The person I spoke to was very polite and found them open to feedback. It is rare to come across such politeness and willingness for feedback, hence sharing this review. Unfortunately we couldn't stay this time but definitely plan to stay next time we are around in the area.
