Rooms and services were good, but inappropriate language used by owner and the staff. When you are in service industry you must be a soft spoken person and need to handle every situation politely. But their behaviour was so rude while serving food and at the time of checkout too. Don't just fall for the photos and location or record each and every conversation happening with them cause they asked us for proof. Henceforth we are not going to visit this place again nor referring his place to anyone.

If u are taking kids they will surely njoy. My 1 year old boy had fun. One of the best Resort or Picnic spot for family & friends. We were 8 people in one group & we had fun. Pool was clean, rooms were clean, proper hygiene maintained at the cafeteria, Food & breakfast was awesome. Very close to Karjat station. Overall a very pleasant experience we had.

Good place to visit with friends and family, it's near to main road so easy to find. rooms are very good and food as well as you will get variety but do order first. good to chill

Good place for family outing if 20 30 people, if there's no one else is staying at the resort. Polite and helpful staff. Food is of good quality (vegetarian and non vegetarian, both) Accommodation facilities are clean. Me and my family was not unhappy when we left.

Don't have Sence That how To Talk with customers.....Shamefull Behaviour With The Customers....Talking Rudely With Every Person Of the Group....the person Who is Arranging The services Of that Resort He don't Have Manners That how To deal with customers....Very Very Rude behaviour.....Rooms and other area Of that resort Is Very clean and good There is no doubt In cleanliness....Bt The Behaviour of the Man who is giving services at that resort Is Very Very Shameful....

Had a great experience spending my weekend at this resort. The place is nice and gives a very relaxing vibe. The property is widely spread and has a very good amenities. The staff is very polite and friendly and do take care of their guests very well. Last but not the least, the food was AMAZING. Hopefully will visit soon again :)
