I recently stayed at Avani Forest Resort near Tipeshwar Tiger Reserve, and it was truly a memorable experience. Nestled right at the edge of the forest, the resort offers a perfect blend of nature, comfort, and warm hospitality. The cottages are beautifully designed with rustic aesthetics but offer all modern amenities you could need. Waking up to the sounds of the jungle and watching the sunrise over the trees was simply magical. The property is lush, well-maintained, and gives you a real sense of being connected to nature. The staff were incredibly courteous, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. From organizing safari trips to preparing delicious local meals, they made sure our stay was smooth and special. The food was fresh, homely, and full of flavor - perfect after a long day in the forest. The location is ideal for those looking to explore Tipeshwar Tiger Reserve -- it's just a short drive to the safari gates. After exciting tiger safaris, coming back to the serene and peaceful environment of Avani Forest Resort was a perfect way to relax. The resort is completely eco friendly. PPL can stay very near to the nature. I can say the hospitality was 110%. You guys are amazing. The food is very good. Kids enjoyed the nature stay. Mr.Saket my son carried so many stories from the forest. Avani your are best host.

The food was absolutely homely and delicious, though the buffet options were limited What truly made our stay at Avani Resort special, however, was the exceptional service. Everyone went out of their way to make us feel valued and cared for. Avani Resort in Tipeshwar, located just adjacent to the Sunna Gate, is one of the cleanest and best-maintained places we have visited. Upon our arrival, we were escorted to our designated tents and given a clear explanation of the do's and don'ts, as the resort is situated in a natural habitat. The staff managed our safaris, making the entire experience hassle-free. Waking up to the sound of chirping birds was a wonderful experience. The resort is nested in a beautiful area where we could spot at least ten bird varieties nearby. Aside from the safaris, we spent most of our time in the deck area, enjoying meals, watching birds, and chatting. As many reviewers have mentioned, the food was simple, clean, and delicious. We thoroughly enjoyed our meals. The management has clearly prioritized serving quality food to their guests. The staff was courteous and helpful throughout our stay. It just felt like a home away from home. I must also mention Mr. Shiv Kumar, the Resort Manager. He is an exceptional manager who has trained his staff remarkably well. He ensured that we were well taken care of in every aspect. I enjoyed learning about Tipeshwar from him, and our small chats over meals were delightful. I hope Avani Resort continues to uphold this high standard in the future.

Amazing wildlife resort with minimal but all the required facilities. Mr.Shiva Kumar manager of the property is a great host with great experience of wildlife, He made us feel very comfortable. Food was simple yet delicious. Naturalist Mr.Hemanth has good knowledge on wildlife, he patiently answered all our queries and took us to a knowledgeable presentation on tigers: If you're visiting the property don't miss out his presentation.

Excellent services and friendly staff. The resort is really good and clean. It's completely kids friendly and the all the staff is very good. The food served was also tasty. Highly recommended.

One of best property near sunna gate. Resort service was superb. Resort staff is very polite and humble. Specially captain of team Mr. Shivkumarji organized everything very well. Food quality was excellent.
