With respect to the Price which we paid, it was way way way below the value for money. In my view it should not be more than 2-2.5K INR per night. Most pathetic part - In the name of breakfast, these stupid folks merged the hotel guests with some third person's birthday celebration. So we as hotel guests were taking the same 1-star hotel menu in the breakfast which some birthday celebration guests were having. Food quality - Below Average Washrooms drain was blocked.

One of the worst hotels I have even taken. Please don't come here I beg you. I had taken two days of stay here. Many points I want to tell here. The rooms costed be 4k per day, which is expensive. 1) The glasses and tea flask were really not clean, i could see brown marks. 2) The bedsheet had hairs, and they were not fully white. 3) There is no shampoo, there is only body liquid soap. 4) Hot water used to take 5 min to come. It was really bad. 5) There waa no brush and paste kept. I had to request them. 6) There is height of 5 inches when you go to toilet. Because of that I fell twice. Even my friend fell. So its worst architecture. 7) lift is tiny, so difficult to take in luggage. 8) One light wasn't working. 9) After I took permission to leave, they again called me saying you didn't pay half amount. But i had paid it before i entered. They tried to fool me. But later after i said i have proof, they told ok. 10) there is no fridge for that expensive price. 11) The tv had all apps like netflix, Amazon prime but non had subscription, so its waste. 12) I saw the onwner scolding the employees and shouting at them. Thats very bad sign. 13) Not even one mat outside the toilet. 14) The tea bags were not renewed, even if i was there for two days.

The hotel serves you with a welcome drink upon entering. The room sizes aren't that specious but it is neatly maintained. There wasn't much of toiletries provided, there was one single handwash and a bodywash available. They have centralized AC so that makes it difficult and point of inconvenience, as every time one wants to change the temperature they have to make a phone call at reception. The Buffet was descent but no much options.

I have recently visited to this hotel heritage for an engagement function .well organized by staff I was sitting in left side of entrance getting starter time by time. it's Angara chicken something. the best part is food and starters was hot .o thank you the GM and the heritage team

I had booked from Jan 24 to Jan 27 in the category of Deluxe Room. When I checked in they assigned a regular rooms d changed only after I raised the concern. The breakfast timing is very inconvenient, starts at 8 am. Should be advanced. The height was they clubbed a birthday party and breakfast for regular visitors which caused inconvenience

Stayed for 2 nights - 28 & 29 Dec. 1. Compact, cosy, clean room 2. Clean bathroom 3. Polite staff 4. Lunch , Dinner - very tasty, good variety 5. Breakfast - more options reqd. 6. WiFi working well Would stay again.

Toilet old and smell not good.|Bed not clean also not comfortable. I reserved 2 nights. Directly cancelled after checking in within 4 hours, they refused to refund fee . |If you're looking for good stay . Don't come to this hotel

Clean rooms was the highlight. The service was nice. The restaurant service and food was very good. Few amenities was missing.
