Treebo De Grandeur, Anand Nagar

The ambience looks fine, but the service was really disappointing. No one gave us water even after 20 minutes. The food took a long time to come after we ordered. The staff didn't come on their own... we had to keep calling them for everything. Also, the prices are too high for the kind of service they provided.

Absolutely disgusting! I wasted inr 10000 on food and drinks in the barrels and beer club and their service was disgusting. No songs on demand, overcostly and subpar management.

Absolute BS rule of not allowing visitors up to the rooms even for an hour. Context: My parents were visiting me for 2 days from Pune and booked this hotel because it was close by. One afternoon, I went to visit them with some ice cream and was denied entry into the room due to an Arbitarily made absurd rule of 'No visitors allowed in rooms'. Whats more- They claimed I COULD visit the room if I paid 1000 INR!!! WHAT? Absolutely ludicrous. Will never recommend this hotel to anyone

Room is very small, breakfast nothing is there. Coffee machine coffee. Need to make fresh coffee with Milk. Need to improve a lot.. In breakfast items need to be increased

Very bad service, un trained staff, bad hospitality.. except food and ambience in roof top restaurant everything else is v v bad. Breakfast complimentary one where only one person sits to serve. Bad unhygienic bkfast served for 2 days. Refusing for complimentary water bottles.

Good hotel on the main Ghodbunder road,Thane having 42 rooms on the 4th and 5th floors out of which 6 are deluxe rooms and rest Standard rooms. This Hotel is named as De Grandeur and not Treebo De Grandeur, though it is part of Treebo chain of hotels. This hotel is famous for wedding functions as having three banquet halls for abt 200-250 pax on the ground floor, F.F. and S. flr. DEFFODIL is on 2nd flr, Orchid on the F.F., small function hall Lotus also on S.F. for abt 50 persons. Has one Pub B&B on the 3rd floor and one beautiful roof top Sky Garden Restaurant-cum bar on the 6th flr. Has own parking for abt 35 cars on the ground floor. Food quality is good. Room size 12x9ft with attached bathroom for standard room is sufficient for couples. This hotel is bit rigid and particular about check in timing of 12 noon onwards and check out time of 11am otherwise charges of Rs.500 will be levied for late check out and check in, per hour. Break fast is free and must be taken between 8am and 10am otherwise beyond that one may miss the breakfast.

The property is at a very good location but the tooms are not well maintained and the place faces alot of elevator related issues have ti wait for a long time also the bathtub in the room was non-functional and the room service was pathetic.

Very bad service, staff is not trained. Bad food service and quality specially during breakfast. Except Rooftop restaurant will never recommend anyone to plan a stay here. Not worth the price too.
