Srushti Farms

This location is near to Washind station, We visited on 18th April, overall experience is good. We got river side room, it was worth. Food is good, Swimming Pool is big ,kids pool is extra, 3 slides, if you are looking for budget friendly it's good but don't expect high service, good amenities. Washroom near swimming pool was not cleaned and . They could maintain the propery more appropriate way, need lots if maintenance and upgradatio. food taste need little improvement.

It is a very good place to visit and quiet budget friendly. Food is awesome. You shouldn't miss the sunset near the Bhatsa lake once you are in the property. They have a wide range of games indoor and outdoor. It's a must visit for a weekend gateway for Mumbaikars. I visited here for the second time

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this resort farmhouse. The rooms were in terrible condition - the beds were uncomfortable, basic hygiene was missing, and the bathrooms were in a deplorable state with leaking taps and broken fixtures. The washbasin was completely unusable. There was no proper cleaning at all, and the place was infested with mosquitoes. They had joined sofas together to make a makeshift bed, and the mattresses provided were of very poor quality. It's clear they only care about charging money without offering even basic amenities. Adding to the frustration, no outside food was allowed in the resort, yet they didn't even provide plates or drinking water in the rooms. It honestly felt like being in a prison rather than a vacation spot. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. If you're considering staying here, think ten times before booking. A total waste of money and a horrible experience.

I visited this place on 20 Apr, 2025. What I experienced is the food is very Amazing , the place and game activities are very nice, the pool area, rain dance, water slides are very enjoyable. The pool staff is gentle and understanding. Rooms hospitality can be more improved, which is definately good now.

My Experience at this resort is very disappointing.Me and My friend visit srushti resort for my friend anniversary party. Staff behaviour is very rude with us.they are not listening our problem and food quality also bad.Staff service is unacceptable. Resort timing also not proper.At entrance of resort they waiting us nearby 1 hour this is not good.DJ Time is also less only 1hrs And they tell us to check out the resort as early as possible this is not good.They given contract to trip tadka contractor they are not providing good service.So please do not visited this srushti resort

Rooms are dirty, full of insects. They charged us 2300/- per head to 10 people for single night stay where one bed for 2, a hard sofacum bed which was for 2 (very uncomfortable) and rest 6 slim uncomfortable bed for floor was given. Only 6 water of 500ml provided. Only one Towel in 10 people was given, when we asked to give more they ignored. Swimming pool was Ok but sliding pools are dirty. Food is ok. Children Playarea all swings and other playthings are broken state. Millipede or ear wig was also there in the room. Pics attached.

It was the worst experience of my life I have never had such an experience in my life, it was a very bad experience Neither the rooms were in such condition nor the management was good There is also no way to talk to your resort manager. How to talk to the actual customer. Getting mad at the customer for no reason and giving back and forth Your manager at the reception, Mr. Pritam, was talking rudely to me. He didn't even know how to speak. All these problems are the fault of the managers of your resort. These managers will destroy your company and management, Please change them. The general manager of the resort is Mr. ( JOY KOTAWALA. ) who tells every guest that if you leave a review on our resort, our children who are working will get 100 rupees per person. It begs your general manager It is completely wrong to speak up to such a customer and cannot do it force This is absolutely false. You can never speak to a customer like this, you can't announce it, you can't force anyone. The important thing is that you develop the resort for us, do it well, do everything right, then you won't have to beg to leave a review. When the guest customers are happy, Then they will automatically add reviews, no need to speak Your RESORT is wasted, it is of no use, nor is your management, nor is there anything, and you have gone to begging. Post a review, please post a review. Is there any way to do this? You can increase the salary of your applicant by looking at their performance and tell a guest that their salary, their money, their everything is above you, above your review. If a guest gives good reviews, then only your employees will get salary, if not, you will not give salary. Please change this wrong law, develop the resort and change the management then your resort will be better than best. Because what has happened to me is not the case with all guest customers, so I am putting it, so please take it as a positive and not as a negative. { Specially explain to your GENERAL MANAGER ( Mr. JOY ) that such talk is not done if there is any mental issue then show the DOCTOR }

I visited for celebrating woman day with my mom's friends. We were for one weekend and our experience here was very disappointing. This place is extremely unhygienic. Rooms are not maintained, bathrooms are unhygienic, food plates and bowls are not at all cleaned. Staff is ok as they fixed our room AC issues late night within half n hr . I wonder why it was not working at first place but its ok its a machine so consider this point as staff's hard work. Amenities are not maintained properly, most of them are old. I say there are many places to spend our money and quality time. Wont recommend this place.
