Terrible Experience - Avoid This Hotel! I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel. On my very first day of work, I got locked out of my room due to a faulty lock. I had already reported the issue when I first checked in, but no action was taken to fix or change my room. Now, I have been waiting outside my room for over 1.5 hours while a staff member struggles to unlock the door, but without success. The reception staff, instead of taking responsibility, are blaming me, saying that the lock was working when I entered. However, I had already raised the issue earlier, and their negligence has led to this frustrating situation. Even now, they are telling me it will take at least another hour to resolve the issue, causing me to be significantly late for my first day at work. This level of service is completely unacceptable. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel. This version keeps your frustration clear but presents it in a professional and structured way. The hotel is budget-friendly with good rooms, but the food is average, and service needs improvement. Unfortunately, I also found cockroaches in the room.

Nice convenient place for the people staying nearby as well to the people working close by. It's opposite to the road connected to it.

I recently stayed at a hotel, and the accommodation exceeded my expectations. The room was clean, well-appointed, and had a comfortable bed. The amenities provided, such as toiletries and in-room coffee, added to the overall convenience. The staff was friendly and responsive, making my stay enjoyable. I would recommend this hotel for its comfortable and welcoming accommodation.

Very bad customer service. First they share the same name with hotel in rabale. And when I booked in confusion at there hotel they straight away denied to refund my advance amount stating that we have hold the room for you despite that there were many rooms available at their hotel. They just con people money and take advantage of advance payment

Not sufficient space for parking, rooms are average.

It's a good place to stay and from Thane to the hotel very near distance.

We celebrated our sons 1year birthday here.All arrangements food, DJ, host, mascot and decor were awesome. The hotel staff managed the entire event very nicely.It has been a very nice and memorable experience for us !
