Silverador Boutique Hotel Best Hotel

The Rooms are awesome and the Service is good too. Location is good however there are various issues as it's on the service road so you have to travel Kms to reach the Hotel due to Pipeline Works going on as the U Turn is quite far on both ways. The food quality is very good and I really loved Vegetarian Food here however I felt an invasion of privacy as there were 3 bottles kept in my Room which were neither ordered by me nor received by me. When I left the room at 6 pm the bottles were not there but when I reached at around 1 am the bottles were there. There was no theft or any such thing but how can anyone enter my room without my permission and / or my knowledge? Isn't it an invasion of privacy when I didnt even order it.

The place is a good choice for anybody visiting for a short stay/overnight stay or business purpose. It's right on the highway and can be easily reached as per the location on the map. Small, neat and comfortable rooms. The service was good and staffs were very courteous. I reached late in the night but even then at the reception they briefed in detail about the policy, services, breakfast and last order time since we had reached late. They also informed me that I can order via Swiggy too. The room had a double bed and a convertible sofa. I had booked for three and the sofa was converted upon my arrival and pillows and blankets were also shared. I stopped by for a night before proceeding on with my journey and it served best for my requirements being midway to my destination, right on the main road and with a restaurant adjacent to it. They had a provision for buffet breakfast, however I did not opt for breakfast as I had to leave early hence I cannot commend on the food quality. However I did understand that they do not serve non vegetarian food. Not sure about parking. Entrance to the reception lobby is via lift as it is on the 1st floor. Hot water facility and tea coffee provisions were also available. When I was not comfortable with how the bath towels looked, it was immediately replaced. Dental kits were also available on request. I booked the accommodation via MakeMyTrip and while checking out I was informed that if I had booked directly on call they would have given me at a discounted rate. Would highly recommend trying this if anybody is planning to stay here.

I needed a place for a short trip and was looking through Make My Trip for one at Manpada. Silverador caught my eye for its good reviews among other reasons. Clean spacious rooms, polite, helpful staff. One star less for having to ASK for dental kit etc

This place used to be a great. But now their rooms have deteriorated because of lack of maintenance. The service is subpar. Although the waiter level staff is hardworking and friendly, the reception staff is slow and incompetent. They won't let you know if a cheaper room has become available, you have to follow up regularly. Just for collection of plates you have to call multiple times. The third party laundry service is also expensive and doesn't deliver on time. So not value for money. The location is very good though. It's right by the service road so you can't miss it. Their free breakfast is good and has many options. Good enough for staying for a couple of days as long as you don't use their laundry service.

My partner and I recently stayed at Silverador Boutique Hotel, and while the hotel has some positive aspects, there were a few areas that left us disappointed. On the plus side, the hotel's location is excellent - it's centrally located and easily accessible. Having parking available was also a convenient feature. The amenities offered were great, and the overall ambiance of the hotel matched its 3-star rating. However, our experience with the service was subpar. The staff appeared judgmental and unfriendly, which made us feel uncomfortable during our stay. It was evident that they lacked a clear standard operating procedure (SOP) and direction, resulting in a disorganized and uncoordinated approach. Moreover, the hallway noise was quite disruptive, making it challenging to have a peaceful rest. We also encountered many mosquitoes in our room, which was an unpleasant surprise. One significant letdown was the hot water supply, which was extremely limited. It almost felt non-existent, making it difficult to enjoy a comfortable shower. In conclusion, while Silverador Boutique Hotel has its merits, the absence of breakfast and a swimming pool, along with the unfriendly service, noise, mosquitoes, and limited hot water, left me feeling somewhat dissatisfied. For the same price tier, I have stayed at other hotels that provided a more comprehensive and enjoyable experience. I hope the hotel management takes these aspects into consideration to improve the guest experience in the future or lower the prices.

Worst experience ever, the room service and the kitchen staff were too good but the front desk staff has lack of communication, knowledge and decency, had spoke before checking in as I wanted to extend few hours on checkout and fixed price accordingly . And the next day they failed to keep their word and trapped me saying you need to pa extra day charge.. rooms were shabby opened condoms packet were laying on the table, comode was broken, no hot water despite all these issues they charged us 5300rs for just 20 hours . The front desk staff including that lady When I tried requesting them thinking they would help they started being rude, very pathetic behaviour.. I even asked their opinion on writing this review they were least bothered as if they loose nothing. I respect the businessman who ever owns this property he should really have a check on this.

This hotel is a straight NO - one of the worst experiences I've had thus far. Right from the unclean, stinky rooms to unclean beds, bedsheets, torn and unclean towels. Rooms are filled with mosquitoes and we had to ask for a mosquito repellant to get somewhat of a sleep. The bathroom was filled with cockroaches, floors were unclean and the western closet had stains. Requested the housekeeping to clean them, however as per them the stains do not go away ! Location is on the service road near the Godhbunder road - parking can be a problem if you have a Sedan or an SUV as they only have bout 3 parking spots available. Park on the service road and you may get fined. The breakfast was also so-so. They do not prepare fresh breakfast that often - if you aren't early, you may not get the best offering. Might have to wait until they prepare again. All in all a very bad experience. Consider these before you book your room !!
