I stayed here for five days on an official trip, and I must say, the experience was exceptional. The staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming, making my stay truly comfortable. From reception to housekeeping, every aspect of the service was outstanding. The morning breakfast team, in particular, was remarkably humble and attentive. The rooms were spotless, well-maintained, and met the highest hygiene standards--definitely a 10/10. I would highly recommend this place without hesitation!

The ambiance is inviting and pleasant, providing a comfortable atmosphere for gatherings. However, while they have made an effort to incorporate a cinema-themed decor, it feels somewhat disjointed and doesn't quite capture the essence of Hollywood as effectively as it could. With a little more attention to detail, they could elevate the theme significantly. On a positive note, the space is impeccably clean and well-maintained, contributing to an overall enjoyable experience.

I have been using this hotel regularly as it is very conveniently located at a short walk from my workplace. Clean, well maintained hotel. Staff is very service oriented. The hotel has a good, functional gym and the trainer, Mr. Satish, is polite, knowledgeable and helpful. He has provided some good suggestions to improve my workouts. Overall, would recommend Planet Hollywood Thane for a comfortable stay.

I attended my cousin sister's wedding at the Planet Hollywood Thane and we totally loved the experience. The room are spacious and clean. The basic amenities are good and the staff is very helpful and cooperative. The breakfast buffet had a wide spread and the food tasted very good. The banquet is well kept and maintained. Overall very happy with the hotel.

Exceptional luxury and impeccable service! From the moment we arrived at planet Hollywood Thane, we were treated like royalty. During my stay I had good experience of training and swimming with Suraj(gym instructor )and I must say the experience exceeded my expectations. The dining experience was exceptional--restaurant offered a unique and exquisite culinary journey, with gourmet dishes prepared to perfection. The breakfast spread was especially impressive, with a variety of fresh and high-quality options. The hotel's facilities were outstanding, from the luxurious spa to the pristine pool. Every detail was meticulously maintained, reflecting the hotel's commitment to excellence.

I want to give a huge shout out to the excellent service provided by the Lanet Hollywood team, including Imon, Sumit, and team, and especially the chef Khadak, whose customer service is exceptional. He went above and beyond to make my husband and I, who are both vegans, feel at home. He made sabudhana vegan kichidi, almond milk chai, and countless other items to make us feel included. I can't recommend this staff enough!
