Hotel Vihang's Inn

Rooms were neat and clean. A guy at reception was not ready for early check in as my train arrived early, we requested for early check in while we made our reservation online, but the guy named Yash at reception was not able to help. More over i was ready to pay as we arrived early. Rooms were available than also he just started arguing, this was completely unacceptable in a city like Thane. If you want to charge your costumer that is well and good but please be well informed and check what costumer had written while making reservation and if its not written please help costumer just not argue. we come for good service. Dining area was clean and staff were really very helpful. Room service was also very quick and nice. Everything was good except that morning issue. Thankyou

The hotel is located at ghodbunder road, thane which is far away from thane station and city. Reception response is ok but not so warm welcoming. Room was found clean and neat. Room is not so spacious. Air conditioning is window AC. Bathroom was found neat and clean. Food served in the room is of average test. Service response was good. Breakfast spread was limited. Taste was good. Overall stay experience was good. However, room rate was too costly and is not value for money stay. You can get good hotel with this price. (I am not sure whether i booked at higher price on make my trip)

Best place in Thane for Hospitality and Luxurious experience. Ambiance is very soothing and classy. Food is very tasty and staff is also very cooperative. They know exactly how to treat their clients. Cleanliness 100

This hotel's management violates every principle of hospitality management. We used to book rooms at this hotel as it is close to a government office of our interest. We stayed multiple times at this hotel in 2023 and 2024. The people handling the reception are rude but we didn't mind it much. Now, we have decided to never stay at this hotel again.

Perfectly located for office goers right near the foot bridge of Kapurbawdi Normal food, nothing lavish Good service Cozy and Nice staffs

We had a family reunion at the hall in Vihang Inn December 2023 and we had a great experience ! (We did not stay at the hotel so I cannot comment of the rooms, so this review is just for an event) The staff was able to help us with some background music and a mic. There is a stage which was set up with a nice background for family photos. The food was amazing! My son said the ice cream they served "changed his life" .
