Hotel Time Square

Visited this recently and had a bad experience Found cockroaches at first glance, so changed the room and found cockroaches in other room too. No towels were provided at the start. Room size is small. Rooms are not hygienic. Parking space is not availave for 4 wheelers, there is vegetable market just outside the hotel so if you're checking in during night then you'll get a parking space for just 1 car and in then Morning all vegetables vendors will be there near your car and you'll find it difficult to take out your car even at 6:30 Am, if you're checking out by 9-10 Am then God bless you. But service by the staff was good. Not recommend.

I really dispointed,bcz I called them for inquiry bt they didn't answer my queries and just hanged my call , really bad service,,I hate this type of bullshit business .

It was plesure to stay at hotel. Room cleaning was great, room staff behavior was also good. They build the hotel so nice. Now next time also whenever I would like to come Mumbai I want to stay with them. Thank You
