Hotel Shambhuji

I had a terrible experience at Hotel Shambhuji. They tried to act smart and confuse me with fake charges. Then came the checkout scam -- they tried to delay and create drama just to force more payment or push for tips. It was shady and unprofessional. To make it worse, the bathroom door was broken and wouldn't even close properly. The room maintenance is horrible, and the staff behavior is sketchy at best. Not recommended at all. Complete waste of money and a stressful experience. Avoid this hotel unless you want to be cheated.

It was a good hotel but the sheets were a little dirty the staff was super amazing and the place hd everything near it from restaurants to general shops

I recently stayed at your hotel with a friend and unfortunately, we encountered a challenging situation during our visit. The heavy rain caused water to seep into our room through a door, leading to my bag and laptop getting wet. This experience was quite distressing as it affected our belongings and overall comfort during our stay. While I understand that unexpected weather events can happen, it would be beneficial for the hotel to improve its infrastructure to prevent such incidents in the future. Ensuring that rooms are properly sealed against water leakage during rainy weather could greatly enhance the guest experience and prevent similar issues from occurring.

Very bad experience I stayed here for one day and there was no water in the room and when I asked to staff water will come in the morning you need to wait till morning I somehow manage, but in the morning as well water didn't come then I asked them to change my room, in the second room their water taps was not working again they changed my room, in the 3rd room AC was not working, this wasted a lot of time of mine and at the time of checkout as well they were not guilty for this, rooms were also not properly Clean. Very bad service and price is also over hyped as per their rooms and service. Complete waste of money. Don't look for this hotel.

It is a decent hotel for the price that it charges, though many things are still not at the desirable mark. Quality of rooms and cleanliness is one of the things that can be improved. For a place that is almost full during the weekends, many of the features can be way better. The staff is quite friendly and helpful though.

Budget Friendly Hotel with good rooms and ok service. If you're on a business trip then this is the best hotel that can be looked into. Parking of cars outside the hotel is an issue but otherwise it's a quite place

We stayed in a AC double bed room, for a day. Rooms are quite good, Price not too high, Hotel location is good, Staffs are very well-mannered. Definitely recommend it.
