Delayed service in dining area..chipped cups for tea...same breakfast for 3 dys no variety...stained carpets..n unresponsive behaviour at reception for no hot water in bathroom...n unreasonable staff at reception...n putting penalty for any breakage...though quite central to nizami street...not satisfied

I am writing this review for the Consultonsy that located near this hotel they are totaly fraud this is the address of the consultancy mangla house. Ground floor. Office no 1. landmark opp sapphire hotel, Next to raje House building. Hari bhau Koli marg Thane (West).* Please dont go there they are fraud demand for money this address is not on google after searching this address location is showing only sapphire inn this review is for this consultancy please dont go there Overall the hotel is good please if you are looking for job dont go on this address

The hotel seems to have opened up recently. Reception and staff are courteous and respectful. Since it's a newly opened hotel, the rooms are super clean, well maintained and a lot of effort has been put into floor and bathroom tiles. The location is easily accessible from Thane Railway Station on the website and can be reached in a 5 minute walk. Best suited for those on a short trip and in need of a place close to the train and bus station. This will be my go to choice whenever I need a short stay in Thane.

Very bad behavior owner and staff they said only room available for couples means what going on here. #bhedbhaav

Hotel was okay but no amenities at all... Food is not available n rooms were compact... Don't prefer for a good stay

This place is great in Mumbai thane! Atmosphere is chill and cool, the rooms are hygienic,the staff and owner (Harish sir )is really friendly they know what they are doing and what they are talking. The service is outmatched about food is pretty good I have enjoyed all the dishes,The owner helps in any way possible.i am always happy,,,,, Thank you sapphire inn.......and team.... The price is 100% worth

One of the best hotels with the best hospitality. The owner, Harish uncle, always stays in the hotel and ensures that customers have no issues. Home cooked food is available, rooms are really clean and they are cleaned everyday. The owner helps in any way possible.
