FAMILY STAYING ROOM WITH TEA COFFEE & SNACKS FACILITY. ROOM & STAFF IS GOOD.

I stayed at Hotel Rivera Riverside recently and unfortunately, I did not have a good experience with the staff. They were argumentative and unhelpful, and the hotel itself did not seem very family-friendly. In fact, it seemed more like the kind of place couples would go for a short stay. When I arrived at the hotel, I was told that the room I had booked was not available and that I would have to pay an extra 500 for a deluxe room. When I asked for the manager's contact information, the staff member refused to give it to me. Since we arrived at night, the hotel was very empty, and the overall experience was quite unpleasant. I would recommend that anyone looking for a family-friendly hotel with good customer service should consider other options, as Hotel Rivera Riverside did not meet my expectations in this regard

Sad I didn't like the hotel nothing nearby no proper public transport, no food, nothing in hotel it's more like Oyo lodge people use for having private time. I got duped so think twice before you do booking here.

Third class service don't have manners to talk and charging more than Mrp giving used water bottles to customers and charging them bisleri prices 20 rupees sprite they are selling for 25 rs which is wrong Will never visit this hotel and not even will suggest this hotel to anyone Unhygienic Playing with customer life I have an video how the employee is doing fraud and charging more than the Mrp

First of all the unhygienic and dirty rooms. They are costing around 1500 but still the room serivce was worst. No proper wifi connectivity. They provide a dirty and stinky towels bedsheets and blanket. Dont provide water bottle to guest. Again unhygienic toilet and no mirrors were in rooms if you want to use mirrors you should go that unhygienic toilet and use it. The worst thing was no food service "i asked them for food menu they were like vada pav or missal pav milega" Just a waste of money don't ever visit there

One of the finest stays in this area.i would like to travel a lot and i found this stay very comfortable and peaceful.Onw should definitely experience the ambience of this hotel and the hospitality is exceptional.keep this as top priority of stay

Worst experience. Didn't like at all. I had visited various hotel, but this one seriously worst. Bathroom is not good, locality is the worst. Bedsheet and pillow dirty. If you are thinking for visit to these place think thrice.... You won't get auto or any cab easily. The hotel staff don't care about all this.

It is a really good place for stay. And there misal pav and maggi are worth trying. highly recommended
