WORST & SHADIEST HOTEL EXPERIENCE EVER - STAY AWAY! I've been staying at Hotel Ratna Paradise for the past 10 days, and let me say this is hands down the worst hotel experience I've ever had. First off, the basic amenities are a disaster. There's NO proper water supply -- most mornings there's no water for 4-5 hours. You literally can't take a bath or even use the washroom. The AC is controlled by the reception and they switch it off deliberately whenever they want guests to get frustrated or check out. It's manipulative and unprofessional. The manager, Pappu Prasad, is the worst part of this place -- rude, arrogant, and completely unhelpful. The rest of the staff is polite, but they're clearly helpless under poor management. And let me be honest -- this is not a genuine hotel for travelers or individuals. This is a shady place where mostly couples come for make-out sessions and short stays. The atmosphere is uncomfortable and sketchy if you're here for a peaceful stay or work trip. It's more like a local couple's hideout than an actual hotel. Avoid this hotel at all costs if you want cleanliness, peace, basic respect, or even just water and AC. Total waste of money, time, and patience. To the owners: Please look into this seriously. If this continues, it's only a matter of time before this hotel suffers heavy losses. No sane person would choose to come back here after experiencing this mess. My honest advice: AVOID THIS HOTEL. Spend your money where you'll be treated like a guest, not a burden.

Located very near to the thane railway station and other important locations within Mumbai. Hotel is clean and provides awesome hospitality. The hotel staff is very helpful and will guide u throughout your stay. Their In-house restaurant was very hygienic and well maintained. When i say food was really great (i mean it :)) Overall experience was awesome. I'll recommend this hotel to every couple, families & corporate personals.

Have visited their restaurant and not lived there. Located near ST workshop or to be precise next to Akruti SMC bld. Earlier known as Malvan tadka. They serve good food. Along we drinks we tried their Chicken Lolipop, Egg fried rice, Boiled egg fry, Bombil Tawa fry etc etc.. it's was good. No complaints. Good place visit with friends. They have a seperate family Ac section as well for those desiring to visit along with family.

I stayed there for about a week. Really enjoyed my stay there. Staff was cooperative. Had many options for breakfast like Aloo paratha, Cheese Sandwich, Kanda Poha etc. Dinner was also nice but unfortunately not a lot of customisation options were available. Rooms were a bit small but still were well maintained and comfortable. AC was okay. Housekeeping staff did a great job. Most important thing was the location its just a 5 mins walk from MSRDC bustop located near Vandana Theater.

The room was not quite spacious but for 2 adults it is fine. If u are planning with family then it might not suit you. There is no extra space rather than just walking. Extrabed in economy rooms would be impossible. The food and service was good. Wifi was not working near my room. Toilet cleaning was best. Ac remote was not working but the working of ac was good.

rooms were bit crampy but clean recommended for stop overs and not for long says. Staffs are very good. Food is bit costly. I stayed with my family. Staff are very good. The manager Mr Anand must be praised because of his friendliness and guidance. will definitely stay again.

We stayed here only for few hours. The morning was hassled with very long wait for tea. Probably, they don't have own kitchen and get food from outside.||The rooms are spacious from Mumbai standards. The bed ans washroom was spotlessly clean. The bathroom fittings were leaky though. ||The breakfast served was good. ||The stay was value for money for sure.

Hotel staff are friendly... Stayed there for a month and the stay was quiet pleasant, The rooms were a little small but all goods it's livable When dining at the hotel restaurant however the staff tend to watch you eat until you're plate is empty for the second serve which can get a little uncomfortable. However highly recomended place of stay at reasonable price and great hotel staff with plenty of smiles to give.
