Let me Tell you the Truth of this Hotel it's a total waste of Money if You're Planning to Stay in this Hotel Don't ever think I've done A Mistake for Choosing this Property.. staff behaviour was so Rude they don't know How to Treat a Customer and There Room No Hygiene no Ventilation in room, bed Quality waa below the avarage of avarage, towels was Not Clean They are charging 1500 for Shit..

The room given was the worst i believe I have ever checked in any of the hotel motel or lodge by any chance. I opted for a Non AC The only thing I did was killing mosquitoes . No Ventilation in the room. No Wash basin which should be a simple requirement. No mirror in the room or washroom. No luggage carrier space. TV does not work. Many more to go.. specifically a never place to stay at from my end. They got many things to fix.

Average rooms as you can expect from photos. Couple friendly hotel. They do check IDs. They have non AC and AC rooms both. Overall safe. Parking for two wheeler available.

Location wise it is okay but the price wise it is costly bcx the room was good but the things in the room was quite old ac was old and tv was not working washroom was old and there was no phone in the room if you need something you will have to come out and ask for it

( before reaching the hotel I called them and asked about my booking so they said that we have stopped taking bookings from goibibo then had to complain in goibibo as I had already paid so this was very bad ) I will be writing my overall experience in 3 parts 1. bad part and 2. good part and 3.overall experience . 1.BAD PART - As soon as I reached there they had a power outrage , the reception was stinking and hot atleast they should have a big generator, 2 people were there on counter 1 said we dont have a room other said let me check ( like wow ) ... I entered the room the fan on 5th speed was running like on 1st speed and ac was not working bcoz of power outrage and that's understood and I was promised once light will come ac and fan will run normally .... The room was unclean it had hair strands down as if someone had already used it and bedsheet was smelling I requested to clean the entire room and it had dust on shelf and tv and the dustbin had condom packets ( disgusting ) because of all this my 30 mins where wasted I was exhausted by my travel already and top of it was sweating already . Everything which was mentioned in the app about room amenities only 50 percent was provided no chair or table so be carefull . Washroom had a yellow layer around it and dirty including WC and washbasin ( disgusting) I asked them twice to give back my I'd cards but they didnt and finally in eve I personally went to pick up . lift was not working so they made me climb 4 floors . For all this I paid 1900 rs and it was a complete waste . Ac had to be kept continuously on 16 degree to feel the cooling . paint was peeled from many places room required good maintenance. 2.GOOD PART. Room had a good city view . The staff was rude but they did listen to my requests as they knew that they were completely at fault but at the end I was exhausted and tired . The standard checkout time was 11 and on my request they did extend till 11.40 pm which was generous. 3. OVERALL EXPERIENCE (SUMMARY ) . The hotel has a excellent location and very convenient for the people travelling in central or between bhiwandi and thane or towards mumbai or Mumbra and has many rooms and looks very royal from outside . I just felt bad as it was not worth 1900 rs as I got * peeled paint *dirty washroom * no lift * ac on at 16 degree celcius to get some cooling * hair strands * smelling blanksheets . I FEEL THE OWNER NEEDS TO GET THE WORK PROPERLY DONE FROM THE WORKERS AS THE PROPERTY FEELS NEGLECTED LITTLE HARD WORK FROM WORKERS AND CLEANLINESS WILL BE MUCH BETTER AS THIS IS A VERY BUDGET PROPERTY AS OTHERS ARE PRICED AT 2500 IN THANE BUT PERSONALLY TILL I DONT SEE ITS RATING AROUND 3 WONT BOOK IT WILL PAY 700 EXTRA AS IN 2500 RS TO BOOK A GOOD PROPERTY IN THE VICINETY REST IS YOUR CHOICE

It's worst hotel. Like a Chol. Mainly for couples who book for few hrs. Dirty rooms, horrible AC condition. Don't go with family atleast.
