A Disappointing and Unwelcoming Stay - Avoid This Hotel I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. I arrived early in the morning around 6:30 AM, only to find the hotel in complete darkness. There was no staff at the entrance to assist guests, so I had to carry my luggage inside on my own. Upon entering, I found the reception staff asleep, and another staff member was sleeping on a two-seater sofa. The overall first impression was highly unprofessional. When I requested check-in, I was informed that standard check-in starts at 12:00 noon, and they couldn't offer me a room at that time. I was willing to pay extra for early check-in, but they claimed that all rooms were fully booked. I then inquired about a higher-category room, which they said was available, but they demanded an additional 2,800 (~55% of my original room tariff), which included early check-in charges. This was unexpected, as I had previously requested early check-in, and the hotel had agreed. However, the staff was inflexible and unhelpful, insisting that I either wait or pay this steep charge for a room that would only be available for a few hours (until 11 AM). With no other option, I waited on uncomfortable stools without a backrest for nearly two hours. At 8:30 AM, when a guest checked out, I requested the front desk to prepare a room for me as soon as possible. They told me it would take 45 minutes to clean, despite my request for just basic tidying to expedite the process. By 9:45 AM, the room was still not ready, and I had to follow up again. Finally, at 10:40 AM, they offered me a room--but with an attitude that made it seem like they were doing me a huge favor. By then, I had lost all patience and declined their offer, choosing to wait until the official check-in time at 12:00 noon. Throughout my wait, not a single staff member offered me so much as a glass of water. The hotel didn't even have a dedicated washroom for waiting guests; I was directed to use the staff restroom, which was filthy and unhygienic. The level of hospitality was shockingly poor. When I finally checked into my room at noon, the disappointment continued. The room was much smaller than expected, the washroom was not properly cleaned, and water was dripping from the bathroom fittings. For 4,200 per night, I expected at least a 3-star hotel experience, but this felt more like a poorly managed guesthouse. Overall, my experience was extremely disappointing. The staff lacked professionalism and basic hospitality, making guests feel like a burden rather than valued customers. I strongly advise others to avoid this hotel and choose a better option.

The rooms are small but clean, making it a good option compared to other accommodations in the Thane area. There are a few nearby restaurants in addition to the one attached to the hotel. I didn't face any issues with the room facilities; everything was in good working order. However, the amenities are minimal, limited to a water bottle and tea/coffee supplies. No additional kits are provided. When I requested a replacement tea bag, no one responded, which was disappointing. Overall, if you're looking for a simple stay, this is a great choice. Families, however, might require larger rooms. The free breakfast starts at 8 AM, which is unusual for a business hotel

A good location hotel, I stayed for two days. The restaurant and location is USP of the hotel. We stayed here during our visit at Gansons machineries. On road hotel location is helpful for travel to Nashik Vivian mall is very nearby.

This has got the best restraurant we got near to our home. Frequent visits, almost every month since last one & half year Manager (annnnaa) is very friendly. Serving Staff is also very Friendly as well as quick in service . Harshad is our go to server when we visit there

Very good hotel. We booked the suite for a family of 3 and it was very spacious and clean. The service staff is very helpful. The hotel is clean and well maintained. Very good price to service ratio. Highly recommended

I stayed at Spencer, Ginger and Laxvas. I have to say Laxvas is better choice. Rooms are clean, tv channel are plenty, good restaurants in basement. Breakfast was average. Definitely recommend.
