Hotel Hindustan Residency

Extremely disappointing experience. I had booked a deluxe room for 3 people well in advance, but upon arrival, we were given a single room with just one queen bed. When I raised the issue, the hotel manager responded very rudely and said, "I'll give what I have, not what's shown in the pictures." This conversation happened at 1 AM, which made the situation even more stressful. The service and attitude were unacceptable -- definitely not what you expect after booking in advance. Not recommended.

The rooms were subpar from the expectations. And they charged way more than they should. Not a single thing worked. Shower was broken and leaking water throughout the night. There were mosquitoes in the room. Lights were dim. Bathroom didn't have a mirror. Towels and bedding were dirty and disgusting with very weird smell. Lastly the staff was very rude.

I recently booked a room for three people on Agoda, which was shown as a two-bed room at the time of booking. However, when I arrived at the hotel, they gave me a single-bed room instead. The hotel staff claimed that they only had this room and told me to contact Agoda. Unfortunately, Agoda provided no contact details, making it impossible to reach them for assistance. The hotel staff was extremely rude and unhelpful. Despite paying for three people, they refused to provide an extra blanket for the third person, only offering a bedsheet as a replacement. This was a terrible experience, both with the hotel and Agoda. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Have booked it without any research on makemytrip! Ok sought ok experience for a low budget hotel. Had no option but to stay as it is near by the venue. Only advantage is a bang on the main road. Close by you have good restaurants, Viviana mall! You may only stay in this hotel if you have never ever even stayed in a Ginger hotel if you are looking for quality rooms and and restaurants better look for something else. They have in room dining.

Very good hotel. Had a comfortable 4 days stay in the property with my wife and kids. Good service by the facility staff

Worst hotel ever,visited the hotel at midnight at 3 for an emergency ,the hotel showing available on Agoda ,but I visited in person directly at hotel the manager told room are full,if rooms are occupied then how come it is showing vacant on Agoda! Fake people and fake residency ,do not visit at this hotel

It was absolute pleasure for us to stay at these place. Mr Narayan and Mr Girish were at their best. They were too much helpful!!

Rooms are pretty good and specially they maintained the cleanliness at top and even services are good one should go for this hotel
