Hotel Dream Inn Thane

Overall good staying experience with good room service and staff behaviour.

The location point of the room is good. It is near the station but the quality of the room is not good. Cleaning is not good there. Plus the behavior of the reception staff and the people there was also not good.And according to the room, these people charge for the full day because for that amount you can get a room in a good hotel.

I am from kerala. Came for an interview purpose. I stayed here one night. The room was good. I booked through booking. Com. The name was diamora residency when booked. But when i called and reached here, it was dream inn lodge. Very good staff.After my checkout.... I came here then at evening and sat in their reception hall as my train has more hours left to come. The staffs was so friendly and they provided chai. Good behaviour.

We had booked Hotel Diamora Residency however no hotel with said name was available on the address given. On contacting over given phone number we were asked toreach Hotel Dreaminn. Though hotel boy assisted and guided us to licate the hotel but basically complete name of hotel itself was different. Bathroom exhaust fan was found removed. However hotel service was quite nice.

I booked a room through Agoda after a long day's travel. It was to freshen up, change and head for dinner. I needed the room only for few hours but I paid the full rate. I checked in at the reception. It was a bit of wait but that's okay. My wife finished work early and wanted to come see me before we leave for dinner. The female receptionist said that they have a no visitor policy. There was no mention of this on Agoda or while checking in. I kindly requested her multiple times but she said that's their policy and I need to speak with Agoda. I asked if she could show they're in house policies or if I can speak with her mama. She declined to provide any information on that either. I was so upset that I asked them to refund as I stayed for half an hour and clearly I had no communication prior about this policy. They said they can't do anything and I need to speak with Agoda. I am hoping to get some justice here as this was absolutely unfair.

Lack of communication in between staffs, mid night they open my room with master key for almost thrice.. and after that started apologising.. intercom doesn't work in room , everytime you need to call with your own number to contact staff, worst things is every action staff need a tips, within 2 days and 2 nights of stay I have faced atleast 13-14 times where staff asking for a tips specially the bald guy..

Rooms are fabulous, good for 2 people stay. Service can be improved by the staff members. Best part about the stay :- quiet environment and 15-20 steps away from Thane station West and nearby many place to eat like MacDonald, Appetite momos, Cantonese Chinese, Canon pav bhaji center and offcourse Mamledar misal.

Very friendly and clean place in Mumbai. So close to train station and it was very quiet as well. Newly renovated hotel.
