Room normal , no service, mouse and muskito over, Ac not work ,

Very narrow room, steps and corridors. Even though room is furnished well it's very badly maintained. Very untidy rooms. Its bathroom is very pathetic. Bathroom wall is bullt with opaque glass. But you will not have privacy while using it. Stay was very dismal experience.

They have quiet good rooms with affordable prices

rum service is very poor, dont book while with families as drinkers & smokers are allowed here .. All workers r with rude behaviour

This was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had. I would have given a negative rating if that was possible.The pictures shown are quite flattering but on the contrary, they have the worst service ever. Cost was 3000 Rs per night for a single room consisting family of 4. Service was third class. They never attended the room when they were called, dint clean or change bedsheets, and would not even dispose the waste in the dustbins. Moreover, the used bedsheets of the people who stayed in that room prior to us was stuffed in the room's cupboard. The fixtures are not well maintained. The basin tap and toilet seat were shaky. There was no water supply in the bathroom in the mornings. We had to call them like 10 times to do something about it. There were mosquitoes in the room and when we requested for a mosquito repellant they never gave it. Overall, they have a unfriendly attitude and are ignorant towards the customers needs. The staff acts like we are taking their service for free. If you want to have a comfortable stay, please choose some other hotel.

So in mumbai you get nothing in 2000 price you will get mostly lodge still somehow i managed to find this hotel which is just near to thane railway station. The rooms are big but the floor is stinky no the sofa bedesheet and everything is full of dust and stinkyness even if you ask the room service to do it they will clean it but noy llt properly it is not worth the price . The most annoying part is the person on the reception he is full of attitude no smole on face direct rude replies. I stayed for 5 days end up giving 10k when i asked him one day to take payment from card i don't have cash or wait once i got to atm i will give you . He is like no gove it right now he behaves like a goon no matter how sweet you are . He will talk to you in loud voice. I would request the owner to remove him he is not worth it even if you are asking for water bottle they will stand at your door until you give them money theu won't wait. Cheap hospitality just like the locality. talking about food you can order it from food in directly to save your money the hotel will charge you extra for same good from same place. I will never go back again here

One of the finest hotel in which I visited. The rooms are nice n service was top notch. Staff behaviour was very good.

Great service by the staff there. We had booked this hotel for guests attending my brother's wedding. Spacious rooms, great service, co-operative and helpful nature of staff. Overall it was a great experience. They deserve 5/5 stars
