I recently had a disappointing experience at Arvind Hotel, where I stayed for an extended period. Unfortunately, the management fell short of expectations. Before booking, I recommend verifying the following: 1. Room type: I booked a deluxe room, but upon midnight check-in (due to a flight delay), I was initially given a basic economy room, which has a significant price difference (2000-3000). When I brought this to the reception's attention, they eventually provided the correct deluxe room. 2. Bedding: Be sure to request blanket changes, as this wasn't done automatically. 3. Amenities: I experienced delays in receiving essential items, which required repeated follow-up calls. While the hotel has potential, attention to these details is crucial for a satisfactory stay.

Room cleanliness and maintenance should be improved. They didn't provided soaps and dental kit. The toilet stings after usage as there is no refresher.
