Good excellent . Good services . Food excellent. Stay comfortable . Rooms spacious. U nfortunately no internet facility which is an problem. Check in smooth and so is checkout. Friendly staff hope to return next time. Location is good.Room services very prompt and helpfull

Extremely bad experience, it was most pathetic. Never thought that ginger stoop so low. I was not informed that the hotel was under renovation, therefore, all round there was dust and cement dust flying, pillows, wardrobe and everything around was dirty. The worst, they did not return my balance. I was shocked. Moreover, very unfriendly staff and behaviour. They did not inform me about breakfast timings, on my check in. So when I went at 9:45am, they casually said it's over. I will strongly advise not to go to the hotel ever. Horrible!!!!

Very good service excellent staff . Room cleaning was super. Specially thanks to HK chandna who carry out her job daily sincerely & honestly. I love to stay again . This hotel is near by my office. I will came again will stay here only . The hotel food is awesome. I love that . Keep it up .

Great stay thank you team ginger Mr Minhaj and Brihaspati from reception was so helpful and the room was well maintained.. the roo. Was also neat and tidy.. the amenities provided by the hotel was also good and the necessary amenities was provided by the hotel.

The cultural experience at (ginger hotel thane ) left us with many stories and great memories. The hotel facilities and room services are exceptional. The staff are also accommodating and friendly. Front office boy krishna and pallavi was very helpful

Friendly staffs of front office Nashra , Brihaspati, Krishna, abhishek , Pallawi. Nice stay, peaceful. Housekeeping staffs are also good in their service. Definitely I'll recommend this hotel to my friends and family members. Only difference I felt from other IHCL hotel divisions are things should we prompted whenever you require anything.

I had a terrible experience at Ginger Thane Hotel. The check-in process was the worst -- no pre-authorization option was available, and I was forced to pay the full amount before even checking in. It felt like they make guests pay upfront to avoid cancellations, which seems likely given the condition of the hotel. The entrance was poorly maintained, and ongoing renovation work filled the place with dust, noise, and absolutely no peace. This major construction was never mentioned on the website. The receptionists were trainees and the manager was not present. They dont speak english and were clueless of the process. The room was a scam -- I paid 6600 per day (including taxes) for a semi-suite, but was given a small double room instead - Had to ask again and again for the proper room. The building is very old, switches were broken, AC wasn't functioning properly, and the bathroom was in terrible condition. The buffet was another disappointment, with only one or two very basic items. Overall, this was the worst stay I have ever experienced. Totally not worth the price.

I had the best experience at ginger Their exceptional hospitality, mr krishna given early check in complimentary and elegant rooms, and safe and secure environment were the best parts. Thank you so much for making my trip memorable.thank you so much krishn
