Blissful Rooms & banquet

Our stay at Blissful Rooms and Banquets was nothing short of a nightmare. The moment we entered our room, we were greeted with a fan covered in layers of dust and a non-functional flush. When we complained, the staff dismissed it, saying the plumber would come the next day, and advised us to use another room's washroom--completely unacceptable, as if we booked a dormitory, not a private room. After repeated complaints, they moved us to a smaller room, but it was even worse. The bedsheets were dirty, and shockingly, we found the previous guest's pants in the room, clearly showing that housekeeping hadn't even checked the room before assigning it. We had a booking for two days but were forced to check out after one miserable day due to the appalling conditions. To top it off, we discovered that this place also rents out rooms for three-hour intervals, making it evident that it operates as a love hotel. Avoid this place at all costs. It's unsanitary, poorly managed, and not worth a single penny!

We had booked the room online and then contacted the hotel to confirm how the rooms are.The guy working at night shift named Atul ensured that he will assist us with the best hotel rooms.We requested him to share the pix of the rooms as online there are no specifications on the rooms.We travelled with our luggage as it is far from the railway station and after visiting the hotel it turned into a nightmare.The rooms were pathetic as compared with the prices.This is a case of total manipulation..It was total waste of time and moreover we had to spend 100 bucks to reach station.ALWAYS BOOK HOTEL MOURYA RESIDENCY.Its the best hotel with hygienic rooms and top class service by the staff.Morever it's very close to the station and all the amenities are fulfilled.The rooms have refrigerators,TV in a working condition,the food is very tasty.DONT STAY AT HOTEL BLISSFUL AS IT WILL BE A WASTE OF MONEY

Just had an amazing stay at Blissful They have really have created a special place! The rooms are beautifully designed, the staff were incredibly welcoming and the food was top-notch. Highly recommend this place to everyon.

Worst hotel I've ever been to. Rooms were filthy and bedsheets were not washed. The washrooms were malfunctioned and flush was not working. Upon multiple requests, they changed our room which was also not clean and we found a trouser lying in the room beforehand. The bedsheet and cushion had stains. At checkout, they revealed that they don't have GST registration. The entire hotel has hygiene issues. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL FOR FAMILIES. They provide room on hourly basis also which clearly indicates this is a love hotel. The staff is very unprofessional.

My wife and I were on our romantic getaway to Thane and stayed at Blissful room and banquets. We had a fantastic experience with luxurious amenities, impeccable services, and excellent room service.

I just want to says about the rooms very very bad.... Obviously not clean.... Washroom and blankets are very smelly ...

Rooms were great we celebrated my birthday, Atmosphere was great I would suggest everyone to visit the hotel ,very Very good hotel ,staff is very good,great experience.
