Freesia Residency by Express Inn

The room was good. I loved the view but I think the room can be more spacious. Also it doesn't have a swimming pool so I was a little disappointed. In food we tried chana garlic and fried rice but the chana wasn't crispy and also they didn't serve chutney with fried rice we had to ask for it.

The rooms are spacious and all basic amenities in bathroom is commendable. The breakfast spread is tasty and quite OK, not that luxurious but caters to your breakfast needs. Just that the Front desk need to be more proactive in terms of check-in and they should be more hospitable. The housekeeping staff is short and seems to be visiting only once...

Overall experience has been really good . Typical compact rooms like in Mumbai . But the view from the common space of the balcony is awesome especially if one is in 21st floor or above . The service is prompt. The addition i feel can be done is in the breakfast menu , options are pretty less .

I had booked executive room at this property that is too with bath tu. At the time of use the water was muddy yellowish in color when I asked reception and they sent their personnel to check on , they said it's not about water it's about the marble of the tub u are seeing the yellow water , so I checked with other tap, u guys can see the difference but they are not ready to accept it's I've been at such properties with bath tubs but never experience this kind of scenario here think twice b4 booking no for me no change of room no solution no nothing , following are the pics for ur reference . In addition the in room' service they don't know about the menu u have to describe their own menu items to them for multiple times I had face issues with continental menue , then i zip it and order just regular indian menu items , so that's it overall it's okay I didn't find it value for money , rating them more than a star doesn't make a sense. Check the pictures for reference and u can imagine what kinda water they using for their kitchens

I was a solo traveller & was quite skeptical about my stay in navi Mumbai & that's when I came across this Hotel suggestion online. |I must say, it was the best decision ever! |The reception team members Mahesh & Deepak were so courteous & polite throughout my stay. The pillows and bed are the fluffiest i have ever felt, the rooms and bathrooms were really clean,having a great view from the balcony ,nearby there is jio corporate park |We loved the hospitality, lunch was awesome in taste specially mysore masala dosa, it is located 600 metres away from ghansoli railway station which is best in connectivity||Few cons i noticed |1. Late check in time - 2:00 Pm|2. No induction or fridge for food as we got common balcony and dining area ||Overall, happy with the hospitality and stay. ||Recommended for future visits.

Pros - The location is beautiful! Plus the rooms themselves are great, especially the bathrooms. The breakfast buffet was good, enough options for all tastes. Cons - The bed is not comfortable, it has this weird springy, squishy quality, woke up with back aches everyday. The hotel and the staff are good, but the policies are wierd and not accomodating to guests. For example, their kitchen options are limited, but outside food is not allowed.

Service is great, staff is friendly and accommodative. Rooms are spacious, there is an attached balcony in every room. Breakfast is decent and all mentioned amenities are provided.
