Silver Suite Hotel

There are many fake good reviews of this hotel. I visited the hotel and room was extremely dirty, nothing to say about washroom, photos that are provided is completed different from the room. I didn't got my money but I was not stay in that dirty hotel, so I shifted to another hotel

I had an absolutely terrible experience during my 4-day stay at this lodge. From the start, nothing seemed to work--fans, geyser, and even the water supply were non-functional, and we had to repeatedly request even the most basic services. The washrooms were filthy, the towels and bedsheets were unclean, and the lack of proper ventilation made the room unbearably suffocating. The receptionist, Jeevan, was extremely rude and unprofessional, completely lacking basic manners and customer service skills. He behaved disrespectfully, adding to an already miserable experience. To make matters worse, essential items like tea, coffee, sugar, the room service number, and the Wi-Fi password were not provided. It was as if the lodge had no intention of making their guests feel welcome or comfortable. The overall management was chaotic, and it seemed like they didn't care about maintaining basic hospitality standards. This was one of the worst stays of my life, and I would strongly advise others to avoid this lodge at all costs.only hotel location was good..

I had the most worst experience here, when i was inside the room the room service guy was trying to open the lock of my room using a key and i was asking him again and again not to open and come inside but he was still trying to open my door. I had the worst experience staying in this hotel and i will file a complaint against this. I will never recommend this to anybody. If you are looking for a hotel and this is not the one

Very bad experience...we had book the hotel two months before our stay...they said your booking is not done...management has changed one month ago.. name of the hotel you booked was silver cloud ...n now it is silver suit...they said it is not our fault it is Google's fault ...so please guys call them first n then go

Such a bad experience in this hotel due to un behavior with the receptionist nd wrong information on oyo app they are showing there rates fake on oyo

Check in was smooth but in room AC setting was not proper. Rest all thing were ok.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations! The moment I stepped into the lobby, I was struck by the elegant decor and warm hospitality.The staff were exceptional - friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable.
