Extremely Disappointed - Majestic Suites Failed Us on Every Level We had booked Majestic Suites for my sister's wedding, and the experience was nothing short of a disaster. The management was completely careless, and the staff was unprofessional throughout. Food was cold, served late, and even during our family lunch, a few items were just placed on the table--no one bothered to serve us. We had to repeatedly ask for basic things, and it felt like we were doing their job. The menu finalized during food tasting was not followed. Several items were missing, and what was served was disappointing. Worst of all, they gave us expired sheera that smelled awful--clearly stale and unfit to serve. The ghee on sheera was smelling. When we asked them to give us the food they gave us the food that was kept open outside. The things were kept in the kitchen but made it to our dinner table. The rice given was sticky and clearly stale. On top of that, the ACs in the rooms were turned off several times, and even after asking, they weren't turned back on. The main hall AC was switched off nearly an hour before the event ended, making it extremely uncomfortable for guests. And the biggest problem--the so-called General Manager, Mr. Shailendra. This guy is a shame in the name of a manager. He was rude, arrogant, and had absolutely no sense of hospitality. He didn't care about the service being provided, and had zero respect for women. He stared at the women in our family and made disgusting, disrespectful faces when they spoke up. Instead of resolving issues, he added to the humiliation. We paid for 200 plates, and because of their poor handling, more than 50 plates worth of food went to waste. No accountability, no apology, and definitely no professionalism. Avoid Majestic Suites at all costs. Total waste of money, and even worse--ruined memories.

Right from the start, the manager was careless and arrogant, and the staff was completely unprofessional. The food was served cold--not just once, but throughout all the events. Even during our family dinner, the food was kept open on tables for long hours, not covered or served properly. What we finalized during the food tasting wasn't even followed. Several items that were promised never showed up, and 2-3 dishes were just kept on the table without anyone serving them, while we were seated waiting to be served. We had to ask multiple times for basic service, and the staff either ignored us or behaved rudely. The hall and rooms ac's were turned off several times The worst part? They served us stale and expired sheera--it smelled awful and was clearly spoiled. When we pointed it out, the staff was unapologetic and started arguing instead of accepting their mistake. Some even stared at us women disrespectfully when we confronted them. We had paid for 200 plates, and because of their mismanagement and delay, at least 50 plates of food went to waste. For which we never received refund nor the food was given. No proper service, no professionalism, no courtesy. For such a special occasion, they completely ruined the experience. Would strongly advise against booking Majestic Suites for any function.

"Delicious Food and Great Service!" I had a short one-night stay at Majestic Suites and was pleasantly surprised. The room was neat and cozy, and the staff offered warm, attentive service. What really stood out was the food at their kitchen, Imperial Spice--both the Reshmi Kebab and Chicken Angora were absolutely delicious. I'd definitely come back for the food alone!

I would strongly advise anyone planning an important event to stay away from Majestic Suites Banquet. They completely ruined what was supposed to be a memorable day for us. The service was **absolutely pathetic** -- despite repeatedly asking them to serve starters on time, they kept delaying it without any valid reason. The starters were finally served **after the varmala ceremony**, when they were no longer needed. The main course food was another disaster. They served everything **cold** -- the **Kashmiri Pulav** we had specially chosen was served **sour and spoiled**, making it completely inedible and an embarrassment for us in front of our guests. We had booked the **entire banquet hall along with the restaurant**, but they still **allowed outside customers inside**. Worse, they **did not allow our own guests to sit and eat inside the AC restaurant** that we had paid for. When we pointed out these serious issues, instead of correcting their mistakes, their staff **started arguing and fighting** with us. They even behaved **disrespectfully towards female guests**, using **inappropriate language**, which is completely unacceptable and disgusting. **Majestic Suites Banquet** does not even deserve **one star**. Their behavior, mismanagement, and utter lack of professionalism turned our special day into a **horrible memory**. Please think twice before trusting them with your important events.

I recently attended an event at Majestic Suites Boutique and was thoroughly impressed! The banquet hall is spacious and beautifully maintained -- perfect for any occasion. The ambience is elegant yet cozy, making guests feel welcome right away. The food was absolutely delicious -- great quality and taste across every dish. Highly recommended for anyone looking to host a memorable event!

First thing I loved about the hotel was the easy check in process not hectic at all. V easy and perfect at the same time. And the food I had at the restaurant amazing! Liked the politeness of each and every staff . Reception was the best with all the smiles made me feel welcome at their best

From the moment we got there, it was clear the management had no clue what they were doing. The staff was careless, uncooperative, and completely disorganized. At lunch, some dishes were simply placed on the table, and no one was serving the guests. We had to literally keep calling staff just to get basic service. The food was cold at every event, and many items that were supposed to be part of the menu just never appeared. Even worse, they served stale sheera that smelled terrible--something you'd expect from a third-grade caterer, not a wedding venue. The ACs in the rooms kept getting turned off, and even when people complained, nothing was done about it. The main hall AC was shut down almost an hour before the event ended, and guests were left sweating and uncomfortable. But the worst part? The General Manager, Shailendra. He was rude, arrogant, and had no basic manners. He spoke disrespectfully to guests and acted like he was doing everyone a favor. What shocked me the most was the way he looked at and behaved with the women in the family--he stared, made rude faces, and was outright disrespectful. It was honestly disgusting to witness. Majestic Suites has no sense of professionalism or hospitality. They ruined a beautiful occasion. I would never recommend this venue to anyone.

Very amazing service I was so happy with the hospitality . The helping staff is too polite. Reception was always up for answers no matter what. Restaurant served tasty food I was so satisfied. I definitely recommend this place for some peaceful time
