Hotel voxton

I had a very disappointing experience at Hotel Voxton. The service was below average, with staff showing little concern for guests' needs. Check-in was slow, and any requests seemed to take forever to be addressed. Housekeeping was also inconsistent, and it felt like the hotel was severely understaffed. The biggest issue, however, was the parking situation. Finding a spot was a nightmare, and the hotel does not seem to have an efficient system in place. Guests are left struggling to park, and there's little to no assistance from the staff. If you're traveling by car, be prepared for a frustrating experience. Overall, Hotel Voxton does not live up to expectations. Poor service and terrible parking management make it difficult to recommend. I will definitely be looking for a better alternative next time. It's a shame because the hotel itself has potential, but the poor attitude of the staff makes it hard to enjoy the stay. If customer service is important to you, I would recommend looking elsewhere

From the moment we arrived at Hotel Voxton, we were greeted with a warm welcome by the front desk staff Dipali, salman ,nikki made checking in a breeze. The staff were incredibly attentive, always going the extra mile to ensure our comfort. Our room was spotless, with thoughtful touches like fresh flowers and complimentary snacks that made us feel right at home. Throughout our stay, the hotel staff continued to impress us with their professionalism and genuine friendliness. Whether it was helping us with restaurant recommendations or arranging transportation, they always took the time to assist with a smile. We were staying in this hotel in room 104 for 4 nights.. would like to mention that the cleanliness of this hotel is up to mark even the washrooms are even very clean... staffs are very humble and polite and hardworking.the manager of this property mr.wasim shaikh is also very professional and careing...should visit a perfect family hotel...

Worst experience ever. The rooms are not what they look like in the images. 1. The rooms are very dirty . 2. The bed sheet had stains and a very bad smell. 3. The floor was very dirty and had footprints of dirt inside the room. 4. Once you get inside the room there is no room to walk inside . As the room is very very small. 5. The paint of the rooms is peeling off and is in a very bad state. 6. The room is full of mosquitoes and even if you complain about it they can do nothing about it. 7. The room ends once you enter from the door. 8. We were forced to leave the room by night only as we could not sleep in such a dirty bed . Please book any room only after seeing it by yourself . The photos online cannot be trusted .

Clean and good family hotel.... Excellent service

It was really a great experience here at hotel voxton,really at this hotel the manager Mr,wasim and every staff treat they are coustmers as they are own guest,they gives you a felling as your own home,I would specific that the property is very neat and clean the washroom the floor outside area where they Servs buffet breakfast,from the time of check inn till the time of check out we felt really good and confcomfort,we stayed for more then 6 days in this hotel and enjoyed every single day,I would hughig recommend this hotel as 100 persent family hotel,,,

Have visited this hotel for 8 days with my family..we really enjoyed the stay with them.the services are really outstanding the way they behaved was very humble...should visit...

Good room service, clean and easily accessible on the Main road
