Hotel RK Inn

As we had a wedding venue in the same hotel booked a room for 4 days. Room charges:Half Day: 1500 and full day: 2500. Other key things: 1. They don't provide any free breakfast.(as mentioned in Google maps details). 2. No wifi in the hotel. 3. No CCTV (In your absence if anyone enters ur room, there is no proof). 4. Didn't provide any soap, shampoo or tea bags etc. 5. They don't clean rooms, I personally kept dustbin outside the room so that they ll take the garbage. 6. Rooms are not sound proof, night hotel staff will be cleaning vacant rooms or doing some work, sometime we can hear them talking loudly, so you can't sleep peacefully. 7. If you look at hotel food menu, you ll be surprised, even 5star hotel may not charge you that much. 8. Staff is very rude. Some people ll just ignore you, as if we are staying for free. 9. AC and TV works (Thank God). I personally don't recommend this hotel to anyone.

I was very disappointed with the behavior of the hotel staff during my stay. They were unprofessional, unhelpful, and at times even rude, which made the entire experience uncomfortable. Hospitality is about making guests feel welcome, and unfortunately, that was not the case here. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on training the staff to provide better service in the future.

We called in before coming here we spoke to Narayan however he was very mean and harsh and gave us wrong Information they are charging you for 12 hours but allow checking for only 6 hours . He was very bad with words. He

I stayed there for 15 days. Had an amazing stay. The rooms are spacious and well maintained. The bathroom is also good. Cleaning takes place everyday, where they change your bedsheet, towels and soap. Or you can request anytime for cleaning according to your convenience. The place is hygienic and safe for couples. For family, this hotel suits best. The staff is very helpful and understanding. They assist you in every way possible. The only minus point is that they don't provide wifi. Rest everything is upto the mark. You won't regret your stay here. The bar is also nice and the waiters are good in nature. One of the best mid range hotels in Mira Rd.

The receptionists are the WORST. 1. Misbehaviour of receptionist 2. staff always staring at you 3. BAD in room service 4. Walls have molds and suffocating smell 5. Spiders and coakroches in the room

Unhygienic, air-conditioners don't work proper. They charge you 100 rupees extra for getting food from outside of the hotel and the best part is that you have to carry plates and spoons from home or pay the hotel 50 rupees more for a plate. In the day time you get charged 70 rupees for a 40 rupees cold drink. Way better places for the money that they charge you for stay. The best part is the receptionist montu who is rude and I'll mannered. When asked him for his name he refused to give out his name. And does not know how to talk to guests
