HOTEL AQUA JALAJA

I recently stayed at Hotel Aqua Jalaja in Mira Road for two nights, and I had an amazing experience from start to finish. The room service was outstanding. Even though they don't have an in-house restaurant, they are partnered with nearby restaurants, which allowed me to order food from outside. Everything was delivered quickly. However, one downside is that they charge INR 50 each time to deliver anything to your room, and additional charges apply for using their utensils. The staff were friendly and helpful. As for the amenities, the hotel could improve in this area; they didn't have everything I needed. Overall, my stay was enjoyable. If the amenities were enhanced and the extra charges were eliminated, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort and excellent service. I'll definitely be back!

This hotel used to be very good I don't know may be the owners have changed or the management but the new management is worst. I visited to this hotel atleast 6-7 times before but recently when i visited they denied entry and said they don't have room but on the same time another couple came who wanted room on hourly bases they gave them the room so pathetic behavior by the person on reception he was so rude and ignorant. Such people should be removed from the staff as they ruin the brand image. I had to remove AJ from my list which used to be my first place whenever i visited Mumbai.

The worst receptionist i ever saw in my life please don't take rooms in here even 6star hotels doesn't had these much attitude

my ex bf was a cheater lol , got multiple different women to this hotel and gave money to the staff to keep their mouths shut .

Had made the reservation over the call and was offered the suite.. When I arrived the front office staff took a while and were murmuring amongst themselves and later gave us a room which didn't even look like a suite and was for 4.5k. I even questioned and was told they never promised the suite and still took the same price for a small room.. Toilet seat was broken, the jet spray was pathetic. Had to make multiple calls for stuff.. requested for plates and never got them. Literally feel cheated. I would get way better service anywhere else for 4.5k..

most pathetic Hotel I have ever seen in my life.. I have change 3 room in 1 day.. 1st room's lock not working, in 2nd room there was No toilet seat. and 3rd room's flush not working.. And there is no any security, they didn't provide any key to us. they only provide room card which was not working.. I called almost 4,5 time in reception to bring the key and mastercard to open the room.. Behaviour was also not good. they don't know how to talk with guest.. when i was complaining about my problems they rudely said, go and check out now from the room and immediately he cut the phone. worst hotel i have ever seen.. Guys please give 400 to 500rs more but find other hotel then that..

Very bad experience. Reception staff is also rud . We have asked for iron box they replied rudely and told we have another branch for luxury experience. For taking iron experience we need to visit their luxury hotel. They don't trust customer also because they ask alway advance payment before handover card. Please take care
