One of the worst experience, I have been there for 10 days rooms are average, foods are below average. Most of the people's had stomach problems after eating food, there was no change after we noticed the issue about food and restaurant manager also rude person. Resort and surrounding is not clean always had bad smells around rooms and surroundings .Only good thing is the location

Excellent food. Beautiful place to stay. Peace and calm place. Sourending areas are full of greenery. Really we enjoyed our stay. I will visit again here with my family. Tamilselvi mama and her team member Hosebu elvis vihuka are so good

Spacious (for 500-600 guests) and scenic place for pre-wedding and wedding events. The food was good and the service staff was co-operative. The place has multiple rooms and individual villas to accommodate out of town family and friends. Another pro would be good decor.

The place was good, the wash rooms were okay, and the service needed to be improved, But for corporate parties and wedding reception the place is Good, staff is humble There is definitely room for improvement

I have stayed there for 3 weeks. It's far from the city, not having much option to communicate. Rooms are average,They have water and electricity problems many times. Food was not that delicious, but ok. Only sweet dishes were tasty. It was besides the forest, so you have to be careful about snakes, at night, Although they sprinkle pesticides. No market is nearby, so you have to carry your essentials with you. The only thing I appreciate is the conference hall. It was very nice , you can enjoy a nice view of the forest from the conference hall and the stairs. Very late service. You can enjoy the side of the swimming pool with a cup of tea. Service and food quality should be enhanced then a customer will get peace of mind.

We had booked this resort for our family wedding. Excellent resort, great view, rooms was excellent and most importantly the Manager Mr Jagbir was so cooperative and managed wonderfully. The Manager got appreciation even from my Caterer. Thanks Jagbir for everything.

I recently visited this property for the enquiry of a weeding and had a very bad experience in enquiring itself Lets start with the start:- The poperty staff to me around and showed me the property very well he was kind to even guide me about their lawns and rooms The comes the enquiry part where the manager of the property involves i could say working in the same industry the worst manager ever found in my whole career the way he spoke he started with explaining the packages and when we had questions he answer was let me finish first if you like it the will talk ahead i was like excuse me brother if i am paying for it i have rights to question. He even told us we are not to convert anyone to get their events done if you like our way do it otherwise yall can leave it makes no sense talking I wanted to book the resort for a whole day with the lawn which would accommodate 400 guest i asked him a question if your behaviour is so rude now whom should i reach out at the event day if i need something. He was i understand but this is how we work. I request the directors of CHENE CREEK RESORTS Mr. Kewalramani to please look into your management and ask you manager of the resort to at least be polite with their guests/customers so the could think of visiting your resort again.

Marriage event but they don't have good management. For handicaps person they don't have new wheel chair old wheel chair have no foot rest non maintained. It's a mild request to provide new wheel chair to handicaps person coming in event. Thank you.
