The hotel was very nice and staff were friendly. We had a small issue with the room temperature, but it was resolved quickly. Overall, a pleasant stay. Good value for money. Service was generally attentive, though check-in took a bit longer than expected as it was a season time . Would consider staying again.

What really stood out was the service. Every staff member, from the front desk to the restaurant, was courteous, professional, and genuinely eager to help. We had a special request for a surprise birthday setup, and they handled it flawlessly . Madan one of the staff member who went out of their way to recommend local attractions and even helped us book a last-minute excursion. Definitely visiting again . If you're looking for top-tier hospitality and service that makes you feel like royalty, this is the place.

Visited this Resort,Rooms were clean, parking limited to 10 vehicles, This property is near the Beach, About food I won't recommend, you can choose to eat outside. Always check your bed sheets if changed or not, Overall a good experience if you stay for 1-2 days. The staff of the hotel are youngsters.

The hotel is clean, well-maintained, and budget-friendly. The rooms were air-conditioned with good ambiance, and tasty food was served during the stay.

No service at all... No one in the hotel at night... Power fluctuations... No response... Even we have to ask towel and etc.... Mattress is so hard... After night had a back pain... Would suggest go for proper hotel

Excellent stay for family. The staff and the owner are very helpful and kind they treat u as ur family amazing place with neat and clean rooms and close to beach and the food tase and quality was also very good Thank you SaiSagar beach resort for making stay so comfortable.

The location is good, the food quality is poor, and the room service was the worst. Overall a very bad experience
